Responsável por promover, desenvolver e sustentar o Sistema de Gestão de Melhoria Contínua WEG (WMS) nos processos industriais (caldeiraria, bobinagem, montagem, radiadores) e administrativos, coordenando projetos de baixa e média complexidade voltados à eliminação de perdas, redução de desperdícios, aumento da produtividade, melhoria da qualidade, redução de custos e otimização dos processos. Atua na disseminação da cultura Lean, no desenvolvimento dos pilares do WMS e no suporte técnico às filiais e demais unidades do Grupo WEG, garantindo a aplicação padronizada das metodologias de melhoria contínua.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como agente multiplicador da cultura de melhoria contínua, promovendo a aplicação dos princípios Lean Manufacturing e Lean Office.Planejar, desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos teóricos e práticos sobre ferramentas e metodologias do WMS, como 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Matriz S, Matriz QA, Cost Deployment, Golden Zone, Strike Zone, SOP, APP e outras.Adaptar e implementar ferramentas e metodologias de melhoria contínua conforme as características, necessidades e cultura da organização.Coordenar e prestar suporte à implantação, manutenção e evolução do Programa 5S.Coordenar projetos de melhoria contínua de baixa e média complexidade, utilizando metodologias estruturadas para identificação de causas, definição de ações e acompanhamento dos resultados.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho dos projetos, avaliando a efetividade das ações implementadas e propondo novas oportunidades de melhoria.Coordenar e apoiar a manutenção, divulgação e evolução do Programa KaizenWEG.Contribuir para o desenvolvimento, implantação e sustentação dos pilares técnicos do WMS.Conduzir os ciclos de Cost Deployment, identificando perdas, priorizando oportunidades e acompanhando a execução dos projetos definidos na Matriz F.Realizar análises de processos, mapeamento de fluxo de valor (VSM), identificação de desperdícios e definição de planos de ação.Apoiar as áreas industriais e administrativas na padronização de processos e na implementação de boas práticas operacionais.Executar outras tarefas correlatas as acima descritas, conforme solicitação dos superiores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução (Desejável)- Ensino Superior CompletoFormação Escolar (Desejável)- BACHARELADO ENGENHARIA MECÂNICA- BACHARELADO ENGENHARIA QUÍMICA- BACHARELADO ENGENHARIA ELÉTRICA- BACHARELADO ENGENHARIA PRODUÇÃO MECÂNICA- BACHARELADO ENGENHARIA PRODUÇÃO ELÉTRICAHabilidades Pessoais (Desejável)- Facilidade Trabalho em Equipe- Capacidade de Ensinar/Aprender- Capacidade Analítica- Organização- Relacionamento Interpessoal- Liderança- Capacidade Persuadir/MotivarConhecimentos Específicos (Desejável)- Sistema de Gestão de Melhoria Contínua WEG (WMS)-Informática Básico- Conhecimento sólido em WCM- Ferramentas Qualidade Intermediário- Desenho Mecânico- Tecnologia Materiais- Conhecimento em Técnicas Lean (Lean Manufacturing)- Leitura e Interpretação de DesenhosIdiomas (Desejável)Espanhol BásicoInglês Avançado
