Responsável pela programação de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas e equipamentos requisitando ou solicitando compra de materiais e componentes, e estruturando/elaborando croquis/desenhos, demonstrativos e planilhas. Contribuir para o desenvolvimento, implantação e sustentação dos pilares técnicos do WMS. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho dos projetos, avaliando a efetividade das ações implementadas e propondo novas oportunidades de melhoria.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como agente multiplicador da cultura de melhoria contínua, promovendo a aplicação dos princípios Lean Manufacturing e Lean Office.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho dos projetos, avaliando a efetividade das ações implementadas e propondo novas oportunidades de melhoria.Coordenar e apoiar a manutenção, divulgação e evolução do Programa KaizenWEG.Contribuir para o desenvolvimento, implantação e sustentação dos pilares técnicos do WMS.Acompanhar fornecedores/técnicos externos, na execução de serviços, na instalação e manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos, bem como, no desenvolvimento de novos materiais.Cadastrar equipamentos, maquinas, componentes, objetos e manutentores, no Sistema SAP.Programar Manutenções preventivas com base no cronograma anual de Manutenção Preventiva, bem como encaminhar ordens para os manutentores e posteriormente registrar as atividades realizadas no Sistema SAP.Encaminhar, em conjunto com a chefia, as ordens de Manutenção Corretiva para os manutentores e posteriormente registrar as atividades realizadas no Sistema SAP.Gerar Ordens de Manutenção Corretiva, para áreas não produtivas, no Sistema SAP.Acompanhar o andamento do Programa de Conservação de Equipamentos; Elaborando Normas de Conservação de Equipamento, bem como os respectivos registros de Simplificação de Manutenção, treinando Operadores de Máquina, auditando a execução das atividades dos operadores e repassando relatórios com as informações para a chefia.Treinar operadores de máquina na geração de ordens de Manutenção Corretiva.Elaborar croquis/desenhos de peças de reposição, utilizando aplicativos informatizados e ou prancheta.Identificar, requisitar ou solicitar a compra de materiais e componentes necessários à manutenção mecânica de máquinas e equipamentos.Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de melhorias mecânicas, hidráulicas e pneumáticas em máquinas e equipamentos, com base na análise do processo, estudo de literaturas e contatos com fornecedores.Efetuar o registro de informações (horas empregadas, atividades realizadas,...) relacionadas a execução de manutenções corretivas/preventivas, para o Sistema SAP.Controlar o estoque de peças no Almoxarifado da Seção de Manutenção, bem como, cadastrar e manter atualizada a lista de peças de reposição por equipamento.Emitir Solicitação de Nota Fiscal e encaminhar materiais para Assistência Técnica quando da necessidade de conserto externo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução - Ensino Superior CompletoFormação Escolar (Desejável)- Engenharia Mecânica- Engenharia Elétrica- Engenharia Civil- Engenharia de Controle e AutomaçãoHabilidades Pessoais (Desejável)- Iniciativa- Facilidade Comunicação- Capacidade Analítica- Organização- Detalhista- Relacionamento Interpessoal- ResponsabilidadeConhecimentos Específicos (Desejável)- Informática Intermediário- Microsoft Power Platform- Leitura Interpretação Desenho Mecânico- Mecânica Industrial Avançado- Equipamento/Ferramenta Aplicação Manutenção Elétrica Industrial Básico- Instrumentos Medição Aplicação Mecânica Industrial- Sistema de Gestão de Melhoria Contínua WEG (WMS)- Programa Conservação Equipamentos PCE- Tratamento Térmico/Químico Superfície Empreg MecânicaIdiomas - Inglês intermediário
