Buscamos um(a) Bibliotecário(a) para atuar na UNIFACCAMP, responsável pelo planejamento, organização e gestão dos serviços da biblioteca universitária, assegurando o acesso qualificado aos acervos físicos e digitais e contribuindo para a qualidade das atividades acadêmicas e o atendimento às exigências regulatórias.O profissional será responsável pela gestão do acervo bibliográfico, incluindo seleção, aquisição, recebimento, registro, catalogação, classificação, indexação, tombamento, inventário, conservação e descarte de materiais. Também realizará o atendimento e orientação a alunos, docentes e demais usuários, auxiliando em pesquisas, acesso às fontes de informação e utilização dos recursos disponíveis na biblioteca.Atuará ainda na administração e atualização dos sistemas de gestão da biblioteca, bibliotecas virtuais e bases científicas, acompanhando a utilização e atualização dos acervos físicos e digitais. Também será responsável por apoiar a comunidade acadêmica na utilização de normas técnicas para trabalhos acadêmicos, como ABNT e Vancouver, além de participar de treinamentos, projetos, eventos e ações de incentivo à leitura e à cultura acadêmica.Terá atuação estratégica no suporte às avaliações do MEC, contribuindo na elaboração de relatórios, organização de evidências, comprovação dos acervos físicos e digitais e atendimento aos avaliadores, além de atuar de forma integrada com coordenações de curso, docentes, TI, setor acadêmico, compras e demais áreas da instituição.Se você é organizado(a), analítico(a), proativo(a), comunicativo(a), possui fluência digital e atenção aos detalhes, gosta de trabalhar com informação e busca contribuir para a qualidade do ambiente acadêmico, essa oportunidade é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir o acervo bibliográfico (catalogação, classificação e manutenção);Atender alunos, professores e demais usuários, auxiliando na pesquisa e no uso de materiais;Desenvolver e aplicar políticas de aquisição e descarte de obras;Oferecer treinamentos e orientação sobre normas de trabalho acadêmico (ABNT, Vancouver, etc.);Manter atualizado o sistema de gestão da biblioteca;Participar de projetos de incentivo à leitura e promoção da cultura acadêmica;Organizar eventos literários e workshops dentro do ambiente universitário.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Biblioteconomia (Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Biblioteconomia - CRB;Conhecimento em normas técnicas de documentação e catalogação;Experiência prévia em bibliotecas, preferencialmente em instituição de ensino superior;Experiência com bibliotecas virtuais, bases científicas e sistemas de gestão de bibliotecas;Experiência na preparação e atendimento de avaliações do MEC, incluindo organização de relatórios, evidências e comprovação de acervo físico e digital;Boa comunicação, organização, capacidade analítica e atendimento ao público.
