Atuar na promoção da leitura, da pesquisa, da informação e da formação cultural dos estudantes, garantindo a gestão qualificada do acervo físico e digital da escola, em alinhamento à proposta pedagógica institucional, aos currículos vigentes e às diretrizes de formação leitora, informacional e ética.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão do Acervo e do Patrimônio BibliográficoOrganizar, catalogar, classificar e manter atualizado o acervo de livros, materiais pedagógicos e recursos informacionais.Desenvolver e/ou manter sistemas de catalogação e inventário do patrimônio bibliográfico da escola.Gerenciar empréstimos, devoluções, conservação e descarte responsável de materiais.Apoiar processos de aquisição de novos títulos e recursos, em diálogo com a coordenação e direção pedagógica.Mediação de Leitura e Formação CulturalPromover práticas de incentivo à leitura literária e informacional.Planejar e conduzir ações de mediação leitora, clubes de leitura, projetos literários e eventos culturais.Apoiar projetos institucionais como semanas literárias, feiras do livro e ações interdisciplinares.Contribuir para a formação do gosto leitor e da autonomia dos estudantes.Apoio Pedagógico e Articulação CurricularTrabalhar em parceria com professores e coordenação no uso pedagógico da biblioteca.Apoiar projetos de pesquisa e investigação dos alunos.Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de competências informacionais e de pesquisa.Orientar estudantes no uso ético da informação e das fontes.Documentação, Dados e SistemasProduzir registros, relatórios e indicadores relacionados ao uso da biblioteca e do acervo.Alimentar sistemas institucionais de gestão do acervo.Organizar dados para apoio à tomada de decisão pedagógica e administrativa.Relação com a Comunidade EscolarAtender alunos, professores e famílias de forma ética, acolhedora e institucional.Orientar famílias sobre práticas de leitura e acesso ao acervo.Apoiar ações de comunicação institucional relacionadas à leitura e à cultura.Compromisso InstitucionalParticipar de formações, reuniões pedagógicas, conselhos e projetos institucionais.Cumprir protocolos, políticas internas e orientações da liderança.Atuar em consonância com a cultura, os valores e os princípios da escola.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua das práticas de leitura e gestão do conhecimento.Ética, Segurança e SafeguardingCumprir rigorosamente as políticas de proteção à criança.Zelar pelo bem-estar físico, social e emocional dos alunos.Reportar situações de risco conforme protocolo.Garantir ambiente seguro.Cumprir código de conduta.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência EsperadaExperiência prévia em biblioteca escolar ou em contextos educacionais.Vivência com organização, catalogação e gestão de acervos.Experiência em projetos de incentivo à leitura e mediação cultural.Desejável experiência em escolas bilíngues ou com currículo internacional.Perfil EsperadoGraduação em Biblioteconomia (registro profissional ativo, quando aplicável).Conhecimento de práticas de formação leitora e mediação cultural.Organização, autonomia e senso de responsabilidade.Perfil colaborativo e comunicativo.Compromisso institucional e postura ética.Mentalidade de aprendizagem contínua.Inglês intermediário (desejável).
