Estamos em busca de Biomédico Diarista para atuar no laboratório de análises clínicas de unidade de pronto atendimento, em regime diurno, apoiando a organização, a qualidade e a continuidade dos exames laboratoriais.O profissional será responsável pela coleta, processamento e análise de amostras biológicas, pela liberação de laudos e pelo controle de qualidade do laboratório de análises clínicas, assegurando resultados confiáveis e em tempo oportuno para a tomada de decisão da equipe médica, seguindo as normas sanitárias, os protocolos de biossegurança e as orientações da liderança.Buscamos profissionais éticos, responsáveis, atentos aos detalhes e com bom raciocínio técnico, que tenham conhecimento em análises clínicas (hematologia, bioquímica, imunologia, urinálise e gasometria), agilidade para atuar em contexto de urgência e emergência e disposição para trabalhar em equipe multiprofissional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar coleta, recebimento, triagem e processamento de amostras biológicas.Executar análises laboratoriais de hematologia, bioquímica, imunologia, urinálise e gasometria, entre outras.Analisar, validar e liberar laudos, comunicando resultados críticos à equipe assistencial.Operar, calibrar e acompanhar a manutenção dos equipamentos laboratoriais.Realizar controle de qualidade interno e externo dos exames.Registrar resultados e movimentação de amostras no sistema laboratorial.Controlar reagentes e insumos, observando validade e condições de armazenamento.Cumprir protocolos de biossegurança e de descarte de resíduos de serviços de saúde.Organizar rotinas, procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs) e registros do laboratório.Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e apoiar a equipe de biomédicos plantonistas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDiploma de Ensino Superior em Biomedicina. Inscrição ativa no Conselho de Classe (CRBM). Experiência mínima de 6 meses na funçãoInformações adicionaisSalários R$4.500,00 Insalubridade R$ 648,40Diarista 44h/semanais
