Executar serviços de borracharia em veículos leves, pesados e equipamentos agrícolas, realizando a montagem, desmontagem, troca, reparo, alinhamento e balanceamento de pneus e câmaras de ar;Efetuar inspeções, manutenções preventivas e corretivas, identificando desgastes e avarias para garantir a segurança e o desempenho dos equipamentos;Prestar atendimento e socorro aos veículos em campo quando necessário, assegurando a continuidade das operações; Zelar pela conservação das ferramentas, equipamentos e do ambiente de trabalho, cumprindo rigorosamente as normas de segurança, saúde, meio ambiente e qualidad;.Contribuir para o aumento da vida útil dos pneus, a redução de custos com manutenção e a disponibilidade da frota, atendendo às necessidades operacionais da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar serviços de borracharia, efetuando a troca de pneus danificados de veículos, máquinas e implementos agrícolas, visando impedir a ociosidade desses veículos;Efetuar o conserto de pneus e câmaras de ar dos veículos danificados, com o intuito de reutilizar os itens para minimizar os custos da empresa;Avaliar e separar os pneus, verificando seu estado de conservação, a fim de enviar ao superior imediato para ressolagem ou análise de sucata;Efetuar manutenção preventiva de veículos, verificando os parafusos das rodas e calibragem dos pneus, com o objetivo de evitar o desgaste e danificação precoce;Realizar montagem de pneus reservas, utilizando as ferramentas adequadas, para garantir estoque;Efetuar apontamentos diários de serviços em pneus, utilizando fichas de movimentações, para fins de controle automotivo;Marcar o pneu com o número de cadastro, utilizando sistema específico, visando manter o controle de inventário;Realizar abertura e fechamento de ordem de serviço, utilizando sistema específico, para controle de manutenção;Realizar apontamentos diário de atividades realizadas, utilizando sistema específico, visando manter o superior imediato atualizado acerca do desempenho da área;Repassar para seu par do turno seguinte todas as informações que interfiram no processo operacional e as pendências remanescentes de suas atividades, visando o adequado funcionamento da área;Cumprir a política de SSMA (Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente), seguindo os procedimentos e as práticas da empresa, para atender aos requisitos legais aplicáveis, combater o desperdício e reduzir a geração de resíduos, efluentes e emissões atmosféricos;Seguir as recomendações de segurança da área, utilizando Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI), para garantir a própria proteção contra riscos e ameaças de segurança e saúde;Zelar pela conservação e limpeza da área, seguindo as diretrizes e os procedimentos preestabelecidos, visando a manter o local de trabalho em condições adequadas para o desempenho das atividades diárias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino Médio completo;Experiência mínima de 2 anos na função de Borracheiro;Conhecimento em montagem, desmontagem, reparo, alinhamento e rodízio de pneus;Conhecimento em controle e gestão da vida útil dos pneus;Possuir Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria C;Disponibilidade para atuar em campo e realizar atendimentos externos, quando necessário.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Cartão Farmácia ;Transporte ( Rota Goiás Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis e Mambai- GO e Bahia Carinhanha até Cocos ;Alojamento compartilhado;Academia;Refeição;Seguro de Vida.Parcerias:Convênio com faculdades;Clínicas odontológicas da região de Cocos- Ba e Mambai - GO.
