A Brasal Refrigerantes, uma das empresas mais admiradas do Brasil, reconhecida pela comercialização e distribuição dos produtos da marca Coca-Cola e todo o portfólio da Cervejaria Heineken do Brasil e Leão Alimentos e Bebidas, está em busca de profissionais para integrar sua equipe.Nosso propósito é promover negócios por meio de relações de confiança e de uma cultura de gestão que gera resultados e prosperidade para todas as pessoas.Se você é um profissional talentoso e está em busca de uma oportunidade, então esta é a sua chance de fazer parte de uma das empresas Incrível!Junte-se a nossa equipe!Candidate-se agora mesmo!Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Apoiar o planejamento, a execução e o acompanhamento dos projetos da Engenharia Industrial, utilizando metodologias Scrum, Cascata, ágeis ou híbridas, conforme a natureza de cada projeto.2. Atuar na metodologia da área, mantendo padrões, modelos, checklists, fluxos, documentos e ferramentas de gestão de projetos atualizados.3. Acompanhar e cobrar a correta aplicação das etapas, cerimônias, registros, entregáveis e critérios definidos para cada metodologia.4. Consolidar e compartilhar informações dos projetos, incluindo cronograma físico e financeiro, orçamento, marcos, riscos, pendências, responsáveis e previsão de conclusão.5. Identificar atrasos, desvios de prazo, custo ou escopo e apoiar os responsáveis na definição e no acompanhamento dos planos de recuperação.6. Organizar reuniões de acompanhamento, registrar decisões, responsáveis e prazos e monitorar o cumprimento das ações acordadas.7. Apoiar a aplicação das ferramentas PDCA, Diagrama de Ishikawa, 5W2H, análise de causa e demais métodos de melhoria contínua e solução de problemas.8. Elaborar e acompanhar requisições de compra, pedidos, reservas de materiais no almoxarifado, medições, contratos e demais rotinas administrativas da Engenharia Industrial.9. Manter organizados e rastreáveis os documentos técnicos e administrativos, incluindo propostas, escopos, cronogramas, atas, relatórios, manuais, certificados e lições aprendidas.10. Atualizar indicadores, planilhas, apresentações, painéis e relatórios gerenciais de acompanhamento dos projetos e investimentos.11. Apoiar a implantação de ferramentas digitais, automações e melhorias nos controles e processos administrativos da Engenharia Industrial.12. Promover e acompanhar a aplicação do 5S nos ambientes físicos e digitais da área, zelando pela padronização, organização e disciplina dos métodos de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificações1. Conhecimentos em gestão de projetos pelas metodologias Scrum, Cascata, ágeis e híbridas.2. Conhecimentos em PDCA, Diagrama de Ishikawa, 5W2H, análise de causa e acompanhamento de planos de ação.3. Pacote Office, com domínio de Excel e PowerPoint para controles, indicadores e apresentações gerenciais.4. Noções de SAP, requisições de compra, reservas de almoxarifado, contratos, medições e controle orçamentário.5. Noções de Power BI, MS Project, Planner, Trello, Jira ou ferramentas equivalentes de gestão de projetos.6. Capacidade de organizar, consolidar e analisar informações físicas e financeiras de projetos.7. Boa comunicação, organização, disciplina, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de cobrança assertiva.8. Conhecimentos em tecnologia da informação, dados e automação de rotinas administrativas.
