Sua missão será desenvolver e proteger o ecossistema de valor da nossa marca. Você será responsável por definir, criar e gerenciar os ativos que comunicam nossa identidade, com o objetivo de atrair, inspirar e motivar nossa audiência. Além de atuar na criação de artes de campanhas e materiais de marketing, você será dará apoio na estruturação visual do nosso site e landing pages, garantindo a melhor experiência no nosso ecossistema web.Buscamos alguém com visão criativa, mas que saiba conectar objetivos de negócio com design, dominando tanto a identidade visual quanto a estruturação de páginas (Front-end básico para Web Design).

Responsabilidades e atribuições Guardião da Marca (Branding): Atuar no apoio à revisão e manutenção do Manual de Marca e garantir consistência e qualidade visual em todos os pontos de contato da empresa.Estratégia e Performance: Conectar os objetivos de negócio com as campanhas de marketing, analisando dados e briefings para propor soluções criativas e inovadoras que tragam resultados reais; definir Key Visuals (KVs) para grandes campanhas.Sales Enablement e Materiais Ricos: Construção e atualização de materiais cruciais para o time de Vendas (apresentações institucionais, e-books, folhetos, cases de sucesso, etc.).Web Design e Criação de Páginas: Irá apoiar as atividades para estruturar, criar e customizar as páginas do site corporativo e landing pages da empresa utilizando WordPress e Elementor, aplicando CSS para ajustes de Front-end focados em design e conversão (não há atuação em Back-end).

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência Comprovada em Brand e Web: Experiência prévia como Brand Designer ou Web Designer em times de Marketing, idealmente em empresas B2B ou SaaS.Web Design (Front-end visual): Domínio prático na criação de páginas utilizando WordPress e Elementor, com conhecimento sólido em CSS e noções de HTML para customizações avançadas de layout.Domínio de Ferramentas de Design: Domínio do Pacote Adobe (Photoshop e Illustrator) e ferramentas de design de interface/marketing.Portfólio: Apresentar um portfólio que demonstre a construção de identidades visuais, criação de páginas web (sites/landing pages) e materiais focados em conversão.Desejável graduação completa em Publicidade e Propaganda, Design Gráfico, Comunicação Social ou correlatos;
