Além do Brasil, a Minerva Foods está presente no Paraguai, na Argentina, no Uruguai, na Colômbia, e possui plantas especializadas em ovinos na Austrália.Com nossas 46 unidades industriais, oferecemos produtos saudáveis e nutritivos, que são comercializados para clientes do mundo todo por meio de nossos 23 centros de distribuição e 17 escritórios internacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar vendas e desenvolver negócios junto à carteira de clientes, buscando o atingimento das metas estabelecidas pela empresa.Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de expansão da carteira.Manter relacionamento próximo com os clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções adequadas ao negócio.Realizar visitas comerciais, apresentações de produtos, negociações de preços, volumes e condições comerciais.Acompanhar pedidos, entregas, faturamento e eventuais ocorrências, garantindo uma boa experiência ao cliente.Acompanhar o mercado, concorrência, preços e movimentações comerciais, trazendo informações relevantes para a equipe.Trabalhar a execução e o posicionamento das marcas e produtos da Minerva Foods nos clientes.Utilizar os sistemas e ferramentas comerciais da empresa para registrar visitas, pedidos, oportunidades e demais informações da carteira.Atuar na recuperação e fidelização de clientes, buscando aumentar frequência, volume e mix de produtos.Cumprir as políticas, procedimentos e diretrizes comerciais da empresa.Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas internas, contribuindo para a solução de problemas e atendimento das demandas dos clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência anterior na área comercial, preferencialmente com vendas externas e gestão de carteira de clientes.Experiência com prospecção, negociação e relacionamento com clientes.Desejável experiência no segmento de alimentos, food service, varejo, atacado ou distribuição.Desejável conhecimento do mercado de proteínas, carnes ou produtos alimentícios.Experiência com cumprimento de metas e indicadores de vendas.Habilidade para negociação, comunicação e construção de relacionamento comercial.Conhecimento básico de ferramentas digitais e sistemas de vendas.Será considerado diferencial possuir carteira de clientes ou conhecimento da região de atuação.Informações adicionaisContratação em regime CLT.Remuneração composta por salário fixo + remuneração variável, de acordo com as políticas da empresa.Vale-refeição/alimentação e demais benefícios previstos pela companhia.Plano de saúde e odontológico, conforme política vigente.Seguro de vida.Participação em programas de desenvolvimento e treinamentos oferecidos pela empresa.Oportunidade de desenvolvimento profissional e crescimento dentro da Minerva Foods.Atuação em uma empresa de grande porte, com presença nacional e internacional.Necessário ter disponibilidade para atuação externa, realização de visitas a clientes e deslocamentos dentro da região de atendimento.Necessário possuir CNH válida e disponibilidade para utilização de veículo, conforme as exigências da posição.A posição exige perfil comercial, foco em resultados, organização, disciplina e facilidade para relacionamento com clientes.
