Também atuará no acompanhamento das negociações e na identificação de oportunidades para aprimorar os resultados.Seu papel será fundamental para desenvolver a equipe, fortalecer a performance da operação e contribuir para a redução da inadimplência, mantendo a qualidade dos processos e das tratativas. Responsabilidades e atribuições☑️ Gerir as equipes e processos de Cadastro, Cobrança e Atendimento, garantindo o cumprimento dos KPIs, SLAs e resultados estabelecidos; ☑️ Garantir a correta execução dos processos de Cadastro, em conformidade com a legislação, políticas e procedimentos vigentes; ☑️ Liderar as estratégias de Cobrança, acompanhando resultados e implementando ações para redução da inadimplência e dos impactos relacionados à PCLD; ☑️ Analisar continuamente a performance da operação e propor ajustes na régua de cobrança e demais estratégias para otimização dos resultados; ☑️ Implementar iniciativas de melhoria e evolução dos processos e sistemas, com foco em automação, padronização e integração; ☑️ Elaborar e monitorar indicadores e KPIs operacionais e estratégicos, realizando estudos e projeções para apoiar a tomada de decisão; ☑️ Garantir a aplicação das políticas e procedimentos da empresa, orientando e acompanhando sua execução pelas equipes; ☑️ Acompanhar mudanças na legislação e nos produtos relacionados às atividades da área, assegurando a atualização dos processos; ☑️ Apoiar o fechamento contábil e os resultados da empresa, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e padrões estabelecidos; ☑️ Capacitar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, promovendo evolução profissional e melhoria contínua dos processos; ☑️ Identificar, estruturar e apoiar a negociação de Acordos de Nível de Serviço/Operacional (ANS/ANO) do CSC.

Requisitos e qualificações🔹 Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas 🔹 Pós-graduação na área financeira ou equivalente será considerada um diferencial 🔹 Vivência em implantação e revisão de projetos e processos 🔹 Vivência com sistema Protheus e em Centro de Serviços Compartilhados (CSC) será considerada um diferencial 🔹 Domínio de Excel e desejável conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas equivalentesInformações adicionais Vale alimentação ou refeição (bandeira Pluxee/Sodexo)Assistência Unimed - colaborador e dependente (coparticipação)Vale Transporte (municipal)- não descontaPPR - 1,5 salários - habilitado de acordo as metas estipuladasSeguro de Vida
