Se você gosta de desafios, quer impactar o mercado e crescer profissionalmente, a Braveo é o lugar certo para você! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:☑️ Atuar como Key User dos aplicativos comerciais, apoiando a evolução e o uso das ferramentas pela operação.☑️ Mapear processos, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e traduzir as necessidades das áreas de negócio em requisitos para desenvolvimento.☑️ Participar da validação de novas funcionalidades, realizando testes e garantindo a qualidade das entregas antes da implantação.☑️ Acompanhar projetos de implantação e evolução dos aplicativos, contribuindo com análises, priorização de demandas e homologações.☑️ Atuar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Trade Marketing, Merchandising e Tecnologia para garantir que as soluções atendam às necessidades da operação.☑️ Desenvolver materiais e conduzir treinamentos para vendedores, consultores e demais usuários das ferramentas.☑️ Acompanhar a operação em campo para compreender a experiência dos usuários e propor melhorias contínuas nos aplicativos.☑️ Monitorar indicadores de utilização, apoiar a adoção das ferramentas e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos comerciais.Requisitos e qualificações🔹 Ensino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Processos Gerenciais, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.🔹 Experiência com processos comerciais, varejo, distribuição ou suporte a operações de vendas.🔹 Vivência em implantação, sustentação ou evolução de sistemas, aplicativos ou ferramentas de apoio à força de vendas.🔹 Conhecimento em levantamento de requisitos, homologação de sistemas (testes) e acompanhamento de projetos.🔹 Excel intermediário ou avançado.🔹 Disponibilidade para viagens, com foco no acompanhamento da operação e realização de treinamentos. Será considerado um diferencial:✨ Experiência em empresas de distribuição, bens de consumo ou varejo.✨ Conhecimento em Salesforce, Protheus, Pipefy, UpVendas ou outras ferramentas comerciais.✨ Experiência como Key User ou multiplicador de sistemas.✨ Conhecimento em Power BI.✨ Vivência com metodologias ágeis e melhoria contínua de processos.✨ Conhecimento em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à produtividade e gestão de projetos (ex.: Copilot, Claude).Informações adicionaisVale RefeiçãoCesta básicaPlano de Saúde UnimedPlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaPPRParcerias com instituições de ensino (graduação/ipós graduação/MBA);
