Queremos uma pessoa que compreenda profundamente o negócio, participe das decisões, provoque discussões, antecipe riscos, utilize Inteligência Artificial para potencializar seu trabalho e seja capaz de transformar desafios organizacionais em soluções práticas para a liderança.Se você gosta de ambientes exigentes, dinâmicos, orientados a resultado e quer atuar próximo de executivos que impactam diretamente o mercado financeiro, essa posição é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAlém disso, esse profissional também vai:Atuar como Business Partner dedicado à Suno Asset, sendo o principal ponto de apoio dos gestores em temas relacionados à gestão de pessoas.Apoiar líderes na tomada de decisões sobre estrutura organizacional, performance, movimentações internas, desenvolvimento, retenção e sucessão.Conduzir reuniões recorrentes com lideranças para acompanhamento dos indicadores de pessoas e definição de PDI.Identificar riscos organizacionais, conflitos, oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar a liderança na construção de soluções.Atuar como facilitador dos principais processos de RH, como recrutamento e seleção, onboarding, avaliações de desempenho, calibração, promoções, movimentações internas e desligamentos.Garantir a aplicação da cultura, dos valores e das políticas da Suno em todas as decisões relacionadas às pessoas.Apoiar processos de gestão de mudança e transformação organizacional.Implementação de iniciativas de treinamento, comunicação interna, employer branding e clima.Acompanhar indicadores de pessoas (headcount, turnover, performance, absenteísmo, movimentações, capacity, entre outros) propondo ações baseadas em dados.Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para otimizar análises, gerar insights, automatizar atividades e aumentar a eficiência da atuação como BP.Desenvolver profundo entendimento sobre o negócio da Asset e suas particularidades regulatórias, operacionais e estratégicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que a Suno espera:Formação superior completa na área de Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Negócios ou áreas correlatas.Experiência como Business Partner de RH no mercado financeiro.Vivência apoiando lideranças de média e alta gestão.Conhecimento dos principais subsistemas de RH.Utilização prática de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial na rotina profissional (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot ou similares).Será um diferencialExperiência anterior em gestoras de recursos, bancos, assets, wealth management, fintechs ou mercado financeiro.Conhecimento sobre fundos de investimento, mercado de capitais e ambiente regulatório.Vivência em empresas de alta performance ou crescimento acelerado.Informações adicionaisO que você pode esperar da gente?Nosso compromisso é cuidar de você!
