Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar como parceiro estratégico do negócio, compreendendo desafios e necessidades da área e propondo soluções de Gestão de Pessoas alinhadas à estratégia.Conduzir processos seletivos, quando necessário, em parceria com consultorias especializadas na atração e mapeamento de candidatos.Criar e acompanhar programas e iniciativas de desenvolvimento, carreira, sucessão e retenção de talentos.Apoiar e desenvolver as lideranças em temas como gestão de pessoas, feedback, performance, desenvolvimento e tomada de decisão.Fomentar o uso de dados e indicadores de pessoas para apoiar decisões relacionadas a remuneração, performance, carreira, estrutura e movimentações.Conduzir processos de avaliação de desempenho, calibragem, PDI, formação de sucessores e demais ciclos de Gestão de Pessoas.Apoiar análises e reestruturações organizacionais, avaliando impactos no negócio, nas pessoas e na dinâmica das áreas.Monitorar indicadores de RH e atuar junto ao negócio na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, fortalecendo a cultura, a experiência dos colaboradores e os resultados da área.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Pedagogia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas;Experiência de 5 a 7 anos em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente em atuação como HRBP;Conhecimento em indicadores de RH e análise de dados;Conhecimento em diferentes subsistemas de Recursos Humanos;Conhecimento em Gestão de Projetos e desenvolvimento de pessoas;Habilidade para conduzir treinamentos e facilitar discussões com diferentes públicos.
