Estamos em busca de um(a) assistente para apoiar operacionalmente a área de Psicologia na execução e acompanhamento das ações de saúde mental e fatores de riscos psicossociais, assegurando a organização dos controles, planos de ação, indicadores e evidências, bem como a elaboração de informações e relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão da Gestão. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar operacionalmente na execução dos programas e ações de saúde mental e fatores de riscos psicossociais.Apoiar a operacionalização do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos Psicossociais, realizando controles, acompanhamento de cronogramas, planos de ação e evidências.Realizar follow-up com gestores e áreas responsáveis sobre ações e pendências relacionadas aos fatores de riscos psicossociais.Organizar e manter atualizados os registros, controles e evidências dos programas e ações psicossociais.Consolidar dados e indicadores relacionados à saúde mental, afastamentos, absenteísmo, atendimentos e fatores de riscos psicossociais.Elaborar relatórios e apresentações gerenciais, identificando tendências, principais causas, áreas críticas e evolução dos indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão da Gestão.Apoiar a organização de campanhas, treinamentos, comunicações e ações preventivas de saúde mental e bem-estar.Apoiar o acompanhamento administrativo dos atendimentos e encaminhamentos realizados pela Psicologia, preservando a confidencialidade das informações.Realizar interface operacional com RH, SESMT, Medicina do Trabalho, Benefícios e demais áreas envolvidas nos processos psicossociais.Apoiar nas demandas administrativas e operacionais do processo, permitindo maior direcionamento da profissional às atividades técnicas, atendimentos e análises especializadas. Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Psicologia
