Estamos em busca de um (a) profissional para atuar como Médico do Trabalho, com Superior completo em Medicina e  Registro de Qualificação de Especialista (RQE) em Medicina do Trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, coordenar e acompanhar o PCMSO;Realizar exames ocupacionais e emitir ASOs;Avaliar aptidão, restrições, afastamentos e retornos ao trabalho;Avaliar possíveis nexos entre saúde e trabalho;Acompanhar absenteísmo, atestados e indicadores de saúde ocupacional;Analisar o perfil epidemiológico e propor ações preventivas;Participar da investigação de acidentes e doenças relacionadas ao trabalho;Apoiar processos de readaptação e remanejamento;Orientar tecnicamente a equipe de saúde ocupacional;Elaborar e acompanhar o relatório analítico do PCMSO;Apoiar o atendimento aos requisitos legais e ao eSocial;Atuar de forma integrada com Segurança, Ergonomia, Psicossocial e RH;Garantir o sigilo e a adequada gestão das informações médicas;Cumprir a jornada contratual de 30 horas semanais e a programação de atendimentos estabelecidaRequisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Medicina;Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Medicina (CRM);Registro de Qualificação de Especialista (RQE) em Medicina do Trabalho, conforme regulamentação profissional aplicável;Formação e registro profissional compatíveis com os requisitos da NR-4 para atuação no SESMT. A NR-4 determina que os integrantes do SESMT atendam à regulamentação da profissão e às normas do respectivo conselho profissional. Para responsabilidade pelo PCMSO, o CFM estabelece como regra o RQE em Medicina do Trabalho, ressalvada a exceção prevista para localidades sem médico do trabalho.
