Desenvolver trabalhos especializados de pintura automotiva, cumprindo procedimentos operacionais existentes, efetuando os tipos de pinturas necessárias no produto, utilizando-se de todos os equipamentos envolvidos. Lê e interpreta plantas de pintura; conhece os serviços e as técnicas de pintura de autos desenvolvidos na empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar pintura automotiva de carrocerias metálicas, aplicando diferentes tipos de tinta (acrílica, metálica, poliuretano, verniz, etc.) conforme especificações de fabricação, utilizando pistolas, compressores, diluentes e outros equipamentos apropriados.Preparar superfícies para pintura, incluindo lixamento, massea-mento, limpeza e retoques, solicitando correções ao setor de pré-pintura quando necessário.Proteger áreas que não serão pintadas, utilizando papéis e outros materiais para evitar manchas indesejadas.Abastecer e regular pistolas de pintura, aplicando camadas de tinta e retoques para alcançar o acabamento desejado.Ler e interpretar plantas de pintura e encomendas, garantindo a aplicação correta de tintas e características técnicas.Misturar solventes e solicitar novas composições de tintas para obter o padrão adequado de pintura.Cumprir padrões operacionais, comunicar anormalidades ao superior e aplicar técnicas de qualidade como o 5S.Orientar auxiliares da área, quando necessário, e realizar polimento das superfícies pintadas para garantir o acabamento final.Conhecer ferramentas, materiais e processos de pintura de carrocerias metálicas de ônibus, assegurando qualidade e eficiência no trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada como pintor de automóveis;Ensino Médio completo (ou Ensino Fundamental completo, desde que tenha experiência anterior comprovada em pintura ou áreas afins);Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de saúde UnimedPlano OdontológicoPrêmio por assiduidade (R$ 330)Alimentação na empresaConvênio com instituições de ensinoConvênio com farmáciaTransporte fretado
