Candidate-se agora mesmo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber do vendedor proposta de compra/venda assinada com processo da financeira e do Detran das vendas de veículo novo/usado, juntamente com a cópia do documento do cliente comprador;·      Verificar/corrigir as informações na proposta de venda como: nome/endereço/e-mail do cliente correto/completo, dados/valor/alienação do financiamento;·      Emitir notas fiscais de venda de veículos novos e usados conforme proposta de venda;·      Montar o processo para financeira;·      Identificar pagamentos de financeiras nos extratos bancários;·    Monitorar o recebimento de pagamentos na venda de veículo novo e usado para realizar a baixa no sistema de controle utilizado;·      Verificar pagamento do Emplacamento;·     Montar o processo do Detran e encaminhar/protocolar para o despachante quando o veículo estiver totalmente pago;·   Incluir veículo no agendamento com todas as informações de acessórios para avisualização do vendedor e dos responsáveis do setor de preparação/entrega;·      Receber/organizar os manuais dos veículos novos devidamente preenchidos e com chave reserva e demais itens;·      Verificar compensação dos cheques de pagamentos de veículos;·      Encaminhar as notas fiscais para as áreas responsáveis:·      Emitir notas fiscais de entrada de veículos Seminovos e de demonstração de veículos;·      Atender o responsável da entrega de veículo, para retirada do manual, chave do carro e protocolo de circulação;·      Atender vendedor na confirmação de pagamentos ou quaisquer outras dúvidas das suas respectivas vendas;·      Protocolar proposta de vendas assinadas e finalizadas para arquivo;·      Conferir a situação dos créditos pendentes dos bancos (acompanhar conciliação bancária);·      Receber e dar baixa dos pagamentos realizados por meio de cheques e cartões;·      Controlar entrada de vales e organização de notas no caixa;·      Realizar fechamento e conferência do caixa diariamente; ·      Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQualificações Essenciais:Ensino Médio Completo;Experiência atuando em rotinas administrativa e financeira;Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint).Informações adicionais⏰ 44h semanais;🚌 Vale Transporte;💳 Vale Alimentação;❤️ Seguro de Vida;🧠 Mente OFF (Apoio Psicológico);🥳 Folga de Aniversário;
