Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar serviços de fabricação, montagem, desmontagem, manutenção e reparo de estruturas metálicas, tubulações, dutos, tanques, vasos, plataformas e equipamentos industriais utilizando técnicas de acesso por cordas.Interpretar desenhos técnicos, projetos de fabricação, isométricos e especificações para realização das atividades de caldeiraria.Realizar traçagem, corte, conformação, ajuste, alinhamento e montagem de chapas, perfis e componentes metálicos.Efetuar medições em campo, levantamento dimensional e identificação de interferências para execução dos serviços.Operar ferramentas manuais, elétricas e equipamentos de caldeiraria, tais como esmerilhadeiras, lixadeiras, furadeiras, máquinas de corte e equipamentos de conformação.Executar atividades em locais de difícil acesso utilizando sistemas de acesso por cordas, seguindo os procedimentos operacionais e requisitos de segurança estabelecidos.Realizar inspeções visuais em estruturas e componentes, identificando desgastes, deformações, corrosão e necessidades de reparo.Preparar superfícies e materiais para montagem e soldagem, assegurando o atendimento às especificações técnicas do projeto.Auxiliar atividades de soldagem, montagem e manutenção industrial quando necessário.Realizar inspeções pré-uso dos equipamentos de acesso por cordas, ferramentas e dispositivos utilizados na execução dos trabalhos.Participar de Análises Preliminares de Risco (APR), Permissões de Trabalho (PT) e Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS).Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos, ferramentas e materiais sob sua responsabilidade.Cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas de qualidade, segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente, especialmente os requisitos da NR-35 e demais procedimentos internos do cliente.Manter o local de trabalho limpo, organizado e seguro durante toda a execução das atividades.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental ou Médio Completo.Curso de Caldeireiro Industrial.Certificação IRATA ou ANEAC válida.Treinamento em NR-35 e NR-33 (quando aplicável).Experiência comprovada em caldeiraria industrial utilizando técnicas de acesso por cordas.Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos mecânicos, isométricos e projetos de fabricação.Vivência em mineração, siderurgia, petróleo e gás, celulose, energia, portos ou indústrias de grande porte.DiferenciaisExperiência com montagem de estruturas metálicas e tubulações industriais.Conhecimento em soldagem e fabricação mecânica.Certificação IRATA Nível 1, 2 ou 3.
