Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAbordar pacientes da clínica e visitantes, convidando-os para conhecer a ótica e agendar avaliação visual;Atuar em pontos estratégicos externos para captação ativa (ruas, comércios, feiras, escolas, igrejas etc.);Criar e manter parcerias comerciais locais para indicação mútua de clientes;Divulgar campanhas promocionais e ações da ótica de forma clara e engajadora;Preencher fichas de captação com dados dos interessados e encaminhar para o time de atendimento;Garantir que o paciente tenha uma experiência acolhedora desde o primeiro contato;Apoiar ações promocionais e eventos da clínica e da ótica;Manter controle dos leads captados, acompanhando a jornada do cliente em parceria com o time de vendas;Cumprir metas de captação e reportar resultados periodicamente à coordenação comercial.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (obrigatório);Excelente comunicação, simpatia e facilidade com abordagens presenciais;Proatividade, persistência e atitude positiva;Organização no controle de leads e foco em metas;Disponibilidade para atuar em ambientes internos e externos da clínica; DiferenciaisExperiência com captação externa em saúde ou varejo;Vivência com ações de guerrilha, panfletagem ou eventos promocionais;Conhecimento básico de produtos ópticos ou atendimento em clínicas oftalmológicas;Cursos na área de atendimento, vendas ou comunicação.
