A Maple Bear é referência em educação bilíngue e sinônimo de excelência, nos orgulhamos por isso. Valorizamos o aprendizado, a participação em projetos inovadores, gostamos de superar desafios e vivenciamos uma cultura inspiradora. Se você acredita no propósito de fazer a diferença na formação de milhares de crianças e jovens no mundo e compreende a importância da construção de uma marca forte, acesse o link, candidate-se e junte-se ao time da Maple Bear.Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Manutenção para integrar a equipe da Maple Bear.Procuramos um profissional responsável, organizado, proativo e cuidadoso, que contribua para a conservação, segurança e bom funcionamento dos ambientes da escola.Por se tratar de um ambiente escolar, valorizamos especialmente profissionais que tenham postura respeitosa, atenção às normas de segurança, cordialidade e cuidado na realização das atividades, contribuindo para que nossos alunos e colaboradores encontrem diariamente espaços seguros, organizados e bem conservados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva nas dependências da escola;Executar pequenos reparos em instalações, mobiliários, portas, fechaduras, torneiras, registros e demais itens da estrutura física;Realizar pequenos serviços de pintura e acabamento;Apoiar em serviços básicos de hidráulica;Apoiar em pequenos reparos e verificações elétricas compatíveis com a função e com as normas de segurança;Realizar montagem, desmontagem, instalação e pequenos reparos em móveis e equipamentos;Fazer inspeções periódicas nos ambientes para identificar necessidades de manutenção;Comunicar à gestão situações que demandem contratação de serviço técnico especializado;Acompanhar, quando solicitado, prestadores de serviços de manutenção dentro da unidade;Apoiar na organização dos espaços para eventos e atividades escolares, incluindo movimentação de mobiliário e materiais;Zelar pelas ferramentas, equipamentos e materiais utilizados;Manter os espaços de trabalho organizados após a realização dos serviços;Cumprir as normas e procedimentos de segurança da instituição;Apoiar outras demandas relacionadas à conservação e manutenção da estrutura física da unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental completo; desejável Ensino Médio completo;Experiência anterior com serviços de manutenção predial, conservação ou atividades similares;Conhecimentos básicos em pequenos reparos hidráulicos, pintura, montagem e manutenção geral;Facilidade para utilização de ferramentas manuais e elétricas pertinentes à função;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial;Comprometimento com as normas de segurança;Experiência anterior em escolas, empresas, condomínios, hotéis ou ambientes com grande circulação de pessoas;Conhecimentos básicos em manutenção predial;Cursos relacionados à área de manutenção;Conhecimentos básicos de elétrica e hidráulica;Cursos de segurança aplicáveis às atividades exercidas.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação;Vale-transporte;    Assistência Médica Unimed com co-participação;Assistência Odontológica Odontoprev;Seguro de Vida.
