Buscamos profissionais com perfil analítico, interesse pelo mercado financeiro e experiência em gestão de riscos aplicados a corretoras, distribuidoras, administração fiduciária e fundos de investimento.O profissional atuará na evolução dos processos de gerenciamento de Riscos TVM, contribuindo para o monitoramento, controle e mitigação de riscos, bem como para o fortalecimento da governança e aderência regulatória dos fundos administrados.#LI-JM3 #LI-HYBRIDResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no monitoramento e controle de Riscos TVM, assegurando a observância das normas regulatórias, dos limites operacionais e dos controles internos aplicáveis.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, indicadores e apresentações executivas para apoio à tomada de decisão.Monitorar constantemente os indicadores de risco, identificando tendências e propondo ações preventivas ou corretivas.Desenvolver, revisar e aprimorar metodologias, modelos, políticas, normas e controles relacionados à gestão de riscos.Realizar análises de cenários e simulações para avaliar o impacto de eventos adversos nos resultados da organização e propor planos de contingência.Atuar em projetos regulatórios e estratégicos relacionados à evolução dos produtos de investimento, administração fiduciária, corretora e gestão de riscos.Desenvolver automações, controles e soluções de dados para ganho de eficiência operacional e fortalecimento do ambiente de controles.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento do mercado financeiro, produtos de investimento e regulamentação aplicável (CVM, ANBIMA, B3 e BSM).Experiência em atividades relacionadas a risco de TVMConhecimento em Excel avançado e VBA para análises e automações;Conhecimento em SAS, SQL, Power BI ou ferramentas de manipulação e análise de dados.Capacidade analítica para interpretação de dados, indicadores e cenários de risco;Experiência na elaboração de relatórios técnicos, apresentações executivas e materiais para comitês e governança.Certificação PQO da B3, com foco em Risco, ou compromisso de obtenção em prazo definido pela organização, é requisito essencial para o exercício da função.Conhecimento em testes de estresse, indicadores de risco, monitoramento regulatório e gestão de incidentes será considerado diferencial.Certificações ANBIMA (CPA-20, CEA, CFG, CGA, C-Pro ou equivalentes) serão consideradas diferenciais.Informações adicionaisNo Sicredi você vai ter:14º e 15º salários fixos;Participações nos Resultados (conforme a senioridade);Plano de Saúde e Odontológico sem coparticipação,Programas de bem-estar com Wellhub (antiga Gympass), Nutrição, Psicologia, Laboral, Massagem, Grupo de corrida e academia local;Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição – com flexibilidade de % nos cartões VA/VR, sem coparticipação;Licença maternidade e paternidade estendida;Auxílio creche ou babá para crianças até 6 anos e 11 meses;Auxílio para filhos com deficiência, sem limite de idade;Seguro de vida,Previdência Privada até 8% do salário;Plataforma de Treinamentos – Sicredi Aprende, com diversos cursos;Carga horária de 40h semanais – Utilizando sistema de banco de horas;Auxílio Teletrabalho (exceto para posições com atuação 100% presenciais).
