A pessoa atuará investigando, minerando, correlacionando e analisando informações por meio de metodologias e técnicas de análise de dados, contribuindo para a criação e o aprimoramento das estratégias de Ciclo de Crédito e Negócios. A atuação envolve interação constante com diferentes áreas e Cooperativas, participando desde a compreensão do problema até a apresentação dos resultados e recomendações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtualizar, aprimorar e acompanhar a performance dos temas de Soluções de Crédito e Negócios; Desenvolver e realizar a manutenção de métricas, indicadores, dashboards e relatórios sobre os temas de Soluções de Crédito e Negócios; Entender e propor estratégias analíticas a serem utilizadas pelas cooperativas e times de produtos do CAS; Oferecer suporte analítico aos times de negócio de Soluções de Crédito e Negócios e para as cooperativas, através de análises descritivas e projeções; Automatizar processos e rotinas da área; Produzir estudos e novas proposições nos temas de Soluções de Crédito e Negócios, entendendo o perfil dos associados, produtos e indicadores de mercado do tema; Trabalhar junto aos diferentes times de produtos, auxiliando em análises e novas visões de dados e informações; Auxiliar as cooperativas e realizar assessorias sobre os temas e produtos analíticos desenvolvidos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou em andamento em área quantitativa, como Estatística, Matemática, Ciências Contábeis e Atuariais, Engenharias, Economia e áreas afins; Experiência em linguagens de programação como SAS, SQL, R, Python e VBA; Experiência na elaboração de relatórios e dashboards em ferramentas como Power BI, Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics ou Excel; Prática em análise de dados, monitoramento de indicadores e desenvolvimento de estudos ad hoc; Inglês intermediário; Conhecimentos em Mercado Financeiro, Crédito, Open Finance e Produtos Financeiros.Informações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av.
