#LI-HYBRIDResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstruir e acompanhar indicadores, métricas, análises e recomendações de ações para desafios da área;Desenvolver e sustentar dashboards no PBI, com boas práticas de modelagem e storytelling;Elaborar e validar consultas para leitura e tratamento dos dados;Criar e sustentar relatórios analíticos no Denodo;Atuar na resolução de incidentes relacionados aos produtos de Dados;Conduzir estudos sobre o perfil e comportamento dos associados ao longo do ciclo de relacionamento;Atuar na vigilância da qualidade dos dados em diferentes camadas de armazenamento;Catalogar os conjuntos de dados sob responsabilidade do time;Participar e contribuir ativamente nos fóruns técnicos do time;Disseminar a cultura analítica nas suas interfaces com pessoas de negócios e produtos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnicos:Bom nível de conhecimento em SQL;Experiência com Microsoft PowerBI e construção de medidas e dashboards;Boa capacidade analítica para levantamento e testes de hipóteses;Preferência para profissionais com graduação em áreas como Estatística, Computação, Economia, Engenharias, Matemática, Marketing e afins;Conhecimento de Estatística Descritiva;Habilidade em storytelling, geração de insights e capacidade de síntese;Experiência em criação de indicadores e KPIs.Competência comportamentais:Espírito cooperativo e muita vontade de aprender;Comunicação clara, fluída, concisa, adaptando o conteúdo para a audiência;Bom nível de organização do fluxo de trabalho e senso aguçado de priorização;Proatividade, presença, curiosidade e criatividade.Diferenciais: Vivência com os ecossistemas de soluções Databricks e Salesforce;Experiência com Jira e noções da metodologia ágil;Portfólio pessoal com projetos em CRM Analytics e/ou Marketing.Informações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av.
