Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar os resultados do segmento Pessoa Física e apoiar a implementação de ações para alcançar os objetivos relacionados.Realizar análises de dados do resultado do Segmento e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de planos de ação baseados nas diretrizes estratégicas.Suportar análises e fornecer informações precisas de forma a manter comunicação eficaz com os stakeholders internos e externos nos segmentos.Preparar relatórios e apresentações para suportar as discussões estratégicas, táticas e operacionais.Realizar pesquisas de mercado e analisar dados para fornecer insights sobre oportunidades e ameaças ao segmento.Apoiar nas análises de dados e apoiar a equipe na identificação e mitigação de riscos. Suportar as análises e planos de comunicação dos resultados e insights do mapeamento da jornada do associadoRequisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em linguagem de programação (SQL / Python);Experiência com gestão de resultado e criação de indicadores;Ensino superior Completo;Pensamento analítico;Curiosidade e proatividade em aprender coisas novas e ambição para enfrentar novos desafios;Conhecimento em Produtos e Serviços Bancários.Informações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS), para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av.
