Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar oportunidades e propor soluções que promovam o Bem-Estar Financeiro dos associados, conectando necessidades dos usuários, estratégias de negócio e propósito cooperativista.Utilizar dados, pesquisas e indicadores para realizar análises, validar hipóteses, identificar oportunidades de evolução e embasar decisões relacionadas às jornadas de Bem-Estar Financeiro.Mapear e acompanhar tendências de mercado, comportamento do consumidor, regulamentações e inovações que possam contribuir para o desenvolvimento de propostas de valor e experiências financeiras mais saudáveis.Elaborar apresentações executivas, relatórios e materiais de acompanhamento, comunicando resultados, aprendizados e recomendações para stakeholders.Atuar em equipes multidisciplinares, contribuindo com visão de negócio, priorização de demandas e definição de requisitos para iniciativas de Bem-Estar Financeiro.Relacionar-se com áreas internas, cooperativas e parceiros externos para cocriar soluções, compartilhar conhecimentos e impulsionar a estratégia de Bem-Estar Financeiro do Sistema.Apoiar a construção e manutenção de materiais, metodologias, conteúdos e ferramentas voltadas à promoção da educação e do comportamento financeiro saudável.Participar do desenvolvimento, implementação e evolução de iniciativas e programas de Bem-Estar Financeiro, alinhados às diretrizes estratégicas da organização.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, adoção, engajamento e impacto das iniciativas, propondo melhorias contínuas e novas métricas de acompanhamento.Apoiar processos de gestão da mudança, contribuindo para a adoção de novas soluções, serviços e experiências centradas no usuário.Levantar, documentar e gerenciar requisitos de negócio, garantindo alinhamento entre necessidades dos usuários, objetivos estratégicos e entregas dos times envolvidos.Acompanhar projetos e fornecedores relacionados às iniciativas de Bem-Estar Financeiro, apoiando a execução das entregas e o alcance dos resultados esperados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Engenharia, Economia e áreas afins;Desejável conhecimento em mercado financeiro (negócios e operações);Desejável conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e de co-criação (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, etc)Desejável conhecimento sobre cadeia de valor de processos (preferencialmente setor financeiro/coops);Informações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS e 2 dias em teletrabalho.
