Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar e propor soluções comerciais que explorem o propósito cooperativista;Utilizar inteligência em dados para realizar análises, testar hipóteses, identificar oportunidades e direcionar ações para melhoria em processos e que geram impacto positivo no nosso índice de eficiência;Acompanhar tendências de mercado, tecnologias e inovações, a fim de propor soluções para as temáticas relacionadas a ganho de escalabilidade do cooperativismo em canais digitais;Elaborar apresentações e compartilhar resultados e informações relevantes com stakeholders.Atuar em uma equipe multidisciplinar, focada no desenvolvimento do cooperativismo e ser a referência técnica para o time;Relacionar-se com outras áreas, Cooperativas e parceiros externos, a fim de promover ações que fomentem o conhecimento e a essência cooperativa;Manter atualizado materiais de apoio ao desenvolvimento do cooperativismo;Desenvolver ações para sustentação e potencialização dos Programas de Educação Cooperativista e Organização do Quadro Social, alinhadas aos direcionados estratégicos do sistema;Acompanhar, monitorar e reportar indicadores dos Programas, conectando-os ao negócio e identificar oportunidades para novas métricas e melhorias.Apoiar na gestão da mudança com foco na experiência do usuário; Realizar gestão de fornecedores a fim de garantir a execução de projetos de média complexibilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Engenharia, Economia e áreas afins;Desejável conhecimento em mercado financeiro (negócios e operações);Conhecimento e experiência com metodologias lean e automação de processos;Desejável conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e de co-criação (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, etc)Desejável conhecimento sobre cadeia de valor de processos (preferencialmente setor financeiro/coops);Informações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av.
