Você tem interesse em desenvolver programas, projetos e estratégias de aprendizagem corporativa, e contribuir com aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento de mais de 50 mil pessoas em uma organização com um grande propósito?Gosta de trabalhar de maneira colaborativa, com oportunidade para inovar, construir soluções relevantes e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas? Então venha fazer parte do nosso time! :)Estamos buscando pessoas inspiradas por tecnologia, inovação, aprendizagem, capazes e engajadas para atuar no time de Aprendizagem Corporativa, com foco em entregar valor para nossas pessoas colaboradores!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por atuar consultivamente junto às áreas de Negócios do Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para desenvolver programas, projetos, soluções de aprendizagem sistêmicas (assíncronas, síncronas e presenciais) que coloquem o aprendiz no centro e contribuam para desenvolvimento de competências e melhoria de performance.Realizar diagnósticos e conduzir pesquisas com as áreas de negócio e com o público alvo (aprendiz) para identificar as reais necessidades de aprendizagem;Construir a estratégia e o desenho da experiência de aprendizagem junto às áreas do CAS, especialmente aquelas conectadas ao Planejamento Estratégico, atuando de forma consultiva, com diferentes metodologias, considerando a inovação e o learning experience;Produzir, cursos online de diversos formatos (onepage, infográfico, games, buzzfeed), bem como vídeos de baixa e média complexidade (vídeos animados, colagem, vídeoaulas, entre outros);Criação de experiência de aprendizagem com uso de IA para personalização e curadoria de conteúdosAvaliar e acompanhar indicadores de negócio conectados aos indicadores de aprendizagem, avaliando a necessidade de realizar plano de gestão da mudança para atingir os resultados esperados com as ações de aprendizagem, realizando melhorias constantes nas iniciativas de aprendizagem;Monitorar o portfólio de conteúdos disponíveis no Sicredi Aprende e garantir a manutenção, sempre que necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlacionadas;Experiência com aprendizagem corporativa online (síncrona e assíncrona) e presencial;Conhecimento avançado em aprendizagem de adultos (andragogia) e metodologias (6Ds, Design Thinking, Arcos de Aprendizagem, Ciclo de Aprendizagem de Kolb)Conhecimento sobre tecnologias de aprendizagem: LMS, games, e-learning, mídias diversas, soluções com IA.Conhecimento sobre UX;Capacidade de aprender rápido, criatividade e relacionamento interpessoal;Mindset ágil e digital com foco em inovação e tecnologiaInformações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS e 2 dias em teletrabalho.
