Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o planejamento, organização e execução das visitas institucionais ao CAS.Realizar o alinhamento operacional e logístico das visitas com áreas internas, cooperativas, centrais e demais públicos visitantes.Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar roteiros de visitação conforme o perfil e os objetivos de cada grupo.Recepcionar visitantes e apoiar a condução dos grupos durante toda a jornada.Garantir uma experiência acolhedora, organizada e alinhada aos princípios e valores do cooperativismo.Realizar o acompanhamento presencial das visitas, atuando como ponto focal para dúvidas, orientações e necessidades dos grupos.Apoiar o relacionamento com porta-vozes e áreas participantes dos roteiros.Contribuir para a gestão de agendas, reservas de espaços e demais recursos necessários para as visitas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Desejável: 

Ensino superior em Relações Públicas, Turismo, Comunicação Social, Eventos, Marketing ou áreas afins.

Conhecimentos e experiências:

Experiência em atendimento ao público, eventos, relacionamento com clientes ou atividades administrativas. Vivência com organização e acompanhamento de agendas, visitas, eventos ou ações de relacionamento será um diferencial. Facilidade na elaboração de apresentações, roteiros e materiais de apoio. Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Facilidade para se relacionar com diferentes públicos e níveis hierárquicos. Interesse por cooperativismo, educação, cultura organizacional e experiência do visitante.

Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS e 2 dias em teletrabalho.
