Essa atuação será responsável por conectar estratégia corporativa, arquitetura e execução técnica, garantindo soluções escaláveis, seguras e sustentáveis. A posição exige visão de negócio, profundidade técnica e capacidade de articulação para conduzir discussões estratégicas e apoiar a evolução do ecossistema tecnológico.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Atuar no desenho end-to-end de soluções, garantindo a definição de arquitetura aderente às necessidades do negócio e às diretrizes corporativas.Traduzir requisitos de negócio e técnicos em soluções arquiteturais estruturadas e viáveis.Definir e garantir a aplicação de padrões arquiteturais, boas práticas e guidelines de engenharia.Apoiar times de desenvolvimento na tomada de decisões técnicas, promovendo qualidade e consistência das soluções.Definir e acompanhar requisitos não funcionais (performance, escalabilidade, segurança, disponibilidade e resiliência).Atuar no desenho de integrações entre sistemas, APIs e eventos em ambientes distribuídos.Colaborar com áreas de arquitetura corporativa, segurança, dados e infraestrutura para garantir consistência e alinhamento.Participar da avaliação e seleção de tecnologias, frameworks e plataformas.Atuar na evolução contínua do landscape tecnológico, promovendo modernização e redução de débitos técnicos.Apoiar a governança de arquitetura, incluindo revisões técnicas e decisões arquiteturais (ADRs).

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência em Arquitetura de Soluções, com atuação prática no desenho de sistemas distribuídos. Conhecimento em arquiteturas modernas, como microserviços, arquitetura orientada a eventos e APIs. Experiência em integrações sistêmicas (REST, mensageria, eventos, entre outros). Conhecimento na definição e análise de requisitos não funcionais. Conhecimento de padrões de arquitetura e design (DDD, SOLID, desacoplamento, entre outros). Vivência com ambientes cloud, preferencialmente multi-cloud ou híbridos. Experiência com ferramentas e práticas de documentação arquitetural e processos de governança. Conhecimento em práticas de segurança, observabilidade e resiliência. Comunicação clara e habilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa entre áreas técnicas e de negócio. Perfil consultivo e colaborativo, com capacidade de contribuir para decisões técnicas e arquiteturais. Proatividade e orientação a resultados. Organização e capacidade de priorização de demandas. Mentalidade de melhoria contínua e aprendizado constante. Conhecimento de frameworks e práticas de arquitetura corporativa, preferencialmente TOGAF.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento de modelos de referência de mercado, como BIAN. Experiência no segmento financeiro, cooperativo, bancário ou fintech. Experiência com plataformas digitais de alta escala e alta disponibilidade. Participação em iniciativas relevantes de transformação digital. Conhecimento ou utilização de soluções de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à arquitetura, engenharia de software ou automação. Conhecimento de práticas de modernização tecnológica e redução de dívida técnica. Vivência em ambientes ágeis e modelos de trabalho multidisciplinares.
