Também será responsável por impulsionar práticas, processos e tecnologias que aumentem a qualidade e a entrega de valor dos produtos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar equipe enquanto coordenadores e especialistas, mentorando-os e direcionando-os na construção de nossas estratégias de engenharia de software alinhadas à nossa cultura e conectadas à estratégia do Sicredi;Liderar estratégias de atração e desenvolvimento de profissionais de desenvolvimento de software (1:1, PDI, Contratação / Desligamento);Dentro da vertical que está inserido, apoiar as lideranças de produto na estruturação das equipes e na base técnica para o bom funcionamento do produto;Executar atividades de gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas;Apoiar na condução da horizontal para que processos, ferramentas e capacity estejam adequados para que os desenvolvedores conduzam suas atividades em conjunto com as verticais para realizarem entregas de produto com qualidade;Conduzir o tema de engenharia de software com líderes das demais horizontais técnicas, buscando entender a estratégia de negócio e o roadmap de produto, garantindo o avanço das entregas através dos direcionadores estabelecidos;Parear com GPMs e PMs para entender os principais desafios do negócio;Fomentar movimentos de novas tecnologias alinhados ao modelo arquitetônico para resolver problemas de negócio;Fazer a conexão das demais áreas de tecnologia para viabilizar as demandas e necessidades de negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesenvolvimento de software;Processos e gestão baseada em métricas;Gestão em tecnologia;Habilidade e compreensão de atuação em estrutura organizacional (Horizontal e Vertical);Liderança direta de pessoas;Métodos Ágeis, Lean e Kanban;Conhecimento técnico em arquitetura e engenharia de software;Visão estratégica e capacidade de navegar entre nível técnico e estratégico da empresa;Boa comunicação e narrativa;Conhecimento básico do mercado financeiro (Banco e Investimentos).Informações adicionaisNo Sicredi você vai ter:14º e 15º salários fixos;Participações nos Resultados (conforme a senioridade);Plano de Saúde e Odontológico sem coparticipação,Programas de bem-estar com Wellhub (antiga Gympass), Nutrição, Psicologia, Laboral, Massagem, Grupo de corrida e academia local;Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição – com flexibilidade de % nos cartões VA/VR, sem coparticipação;Licença maternidade e paternidade estendida;Auxílio creche ou babá para crianças até 6 anos e 11 meses;Auxílio para filhos com deficiência, sem limite de idade;Seguro de vida,Previdência Privada até 8% do salário;Plataforma de Treinamentos – Sicredi Aprende, com diversos cursos;Carga horária de 40h semanais – Utilizando sistema de banco de horas;Auxílio Teletrabalho (exceto para posições com atuação 100% presenciais).
