Além disso, a área também apoia a diretoria e outras áreas na análise de viabilidade econômico-financeira de novo investimentos.Nesta posição você fará Estruturações de Gestão de Ativos e Passivos e análises financeiras complexas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar operações de Gestão de Ativos e Passivos (ALM), visando otimização de capital, liquidez e rentabilidade das instituições financeiras do Sistema Sicredi;Desenhar, modelar e executar soluções financeiras complexas;Realizar análise de viabilidade econômico-financeiras de investimentos, visando subsidiar a tomada de decisão sistêmica;Análise de indicadores financeiros das cooperativas do sistema (ROE, Liquidez, Índice de Basileia, etc.), em diferentes cenários macroeconômicos, elaborando projeções com base nas demonstrações financeiras;Elaborar mensalmente análises verticais e horizontais do Balanço Patrimonial e DRE das empresas do Sistema;Propor alternativas para os desafios de capital, liquidez e rentabilidade das Cooperativas, acompanhando a implementação de ações planejadas, desenvolvendo relatórios, evolução de indicadores e modelos de análise de desempenho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento sólido de contabilidade de instituições financeiras, indicadores e instrumentos financeiros de liquidez e capital;Experiência em instituições financeiras, tesouraria, estruturação ou em análise financeira, controladoria e/ou planejamento;Desejável:Pós graduação nas áreas de Administração, Finanças, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia e afins;Certificação CGE/CGA, CFA Level 1, CAIA;Inglês avançado;Domínio em programação (SQL, SAS, Python).Informações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS e 2 dias em teletrabalho.
