Você terá como desafio liderar times de negócio e produtos de crédito, facilitando o alinhamento entre as diferentes equipes que compõem a unidade de negócio, mantendo boas práticas de desenvolvimento de produtos, experiência do usuário e direcionando o resultado de negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar um grupo de squads de produto, dimensionando esforços e coordenando dependências entre diferentes times;Ser o principal mentor e coach dos PMs e pessoas de produto e realizar as expectativas atividades de gestão de pessoas;Cooperar com os stakeholders na construção dos objetivos da sua tribo;Patrocinar a apropriação de boas práticas de desenvolvimento de produtos;Facilitar a cooperação entre times de Tech, UX e Produtos;Influenciar a estratégia de negócio e a organização do produto;Proporcionar o ambiente de troca de conhecimento e feedback das diferentes perspectivas;Gerenciar diversos stakeholders, internos e externos, e times;Influenciar e apoiar um grupo de PMs para que trabalhem em alta performance, atuando para conectar a visão estratégica da tribo com outros times;Atuar no dia a dia dos PMs como apoio em atividades técnicas de gestão do produto e também nas soft skills como comunicação e storytelling, fazendo a gestão das pessoas responsáveis pelos produtos sob sua gestão utilizando ferramentas PDI e feedback contínuo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada como Product Manager, com atuação em nível sênior ou como GPM;Histórico de liderança de múltiplos squads de produto, com coordenação de esforços e gestão de dependências;Vivência em ambientes ágeis e com metodologias como Scrum, Kanban ou SAFe;Experiência na construção e execução de estratégias de produto alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio;Capacidade de atuar como mentor(a) e coach de PMs, com foco em desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental;Conhecimento sólido em práticas de desenvolvimento de produtos digitais (ciclo de vida, discovery, delivery, métricas, etc.);Experiência em gestão de stakeholders internos e externos, com habilidade de negociação e alinhamento estratégico;Habilidades Comportamentais (Soft Skills)Liderança inspiradora e colaborativa;Comunicação clara e eficaz, com domínio de storytelling;Capacidade de dar e receber feedbacks contínuos;Visão sistêmica e pensamento estratégico;Habilidade para facilitar trocas entre áreas como Tech, UX e Produto;Proatividade na criação de ambientes de aprendizado e melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisNo Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS) para as posições nas áreas de negócio adotamos o formato de trabalho híbrido que se consolidou em 3 dias presenciais, na Sede da empresa, localizada na Av.
