Venha trabalhar em uma das maiores empresas especializadas em assistência à aviação no país! ✈️💙 A dnata Brasil opera em 30 aeroportos, garantindo que todos os voos recebam o melhor atendimento com o máximo de agilidade; nossas equipes são reconhecidas pela dedicação, profissionalismo, ética, qualidade e expertise apresentados; somos 100% dedicados ao cumprimento de nossas funções.Globalmente, a dnata foi fundada em 1959 em Dubai, possui mais de 46.000 funcionários divididos em 38 países nos 6 continentes, com atuação em 136 aeroportos e auxiliando mais de 347 clientes.O Auxiliar de Limpeza realizará a limpeza interna das aeronaves para eliminar os riscos de contaminações por resíduos a bordo e proporcionar uma experiência satisfatória e agradável ao cliente de acordo com os procedimentos publicados no POPs – Procedimento Operacional Padronizado de Limpeza em vigor e das empresas aéreas clientes.Esta é uma vaga exclusiva para o Aeroporto de Congonhas (CGH)!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a limpeza e desinfecção dos ambientes internos de uma aeronave (galley, cabine, poltronas e toaletes) seguindo as normas, tempos e procedimentos contidos no MGO, no PLD (Plano de Limpeza e Desinfecção), publicados e regidos segundo as normas da ANVISA (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária), recolher o lixo de bordo e realizar o descarte conforme indicações;Realizar a preparação dos kits de materiais de limpeza e de conforto que serão utilizados nos atendimentos às aeronaves, considerando o tipo de voo (pernoite/perdia, turnaround ou trânsito), as exigências locais da ANVISA (quando houver) e o giro de estoque da base. Realizar a reposição dos materiais de conforto e higiene, tais como revistas, materiais de toalete e sacos de lixo para serem utilizados pelos passageiros e pela tripulação durante o voo;Abastecer a bolsa com o material que será usado no atendimento; Atualizar as etiquetas do produto usado nos pulverizadores; Registrar no formulário objetos encontrados a bordo, esquecidos pelos passageiros; Entregar ao funcionário cliente os objetos encontrados a bordo e solicitar assinatura no formulário dnata; Realizar a limpeza de forma cuidadosa e eficiente, dentro do prazo estipulado pelo cliente aéreo; Separar os contentores de lixo comum e infectante separados, antes, durante e depois do atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOrganização e Planejamento;Trabalho em Equipe;Controle de Qualidade;Flexibilidade e Adaptabilidade;Nos aspectos físicos exigem-se coordenação motora ampla e fina, destreza, articulação dos membros superiores e dos inferiores, postura em bipedestação para desenvolvimento de suas atividades, deambulação por toda extensão do aeroporto para o atendimento do voo, rotação e flexão do tronco e esforço físico para limpeza e deslocamento da escada da aeronave.Nos aspectos sensoriais exigem-se acuidade visual para inspeções e limpezas e percepção auditiva para atendimento telefônico e detecção de sinais sonoros emergenciais em áreas operacionais.Nos aspectos neuropsíquicos exigem-se atenção, concentração, habilidade organizacional, criatividade, interpretação de dados e iniciativa para solução de situações causais.Informações adicionaisEstamos sempre em busca de novos talentos, então faça o seu cadastro e venha fazer parte do time dnata Brasil!
