Somos reconhecidos como um excelente lugar para se trabalhar, proporcionando um ambiente acolhedor, diversificado e propício ao crescimento. Topa fazer parte desse time?#VemSerAssaíResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:• Gestão da Equipe• Tratar as divergências das notas fiscais de todos os produtos recebidos na loja, tais como erros de quantidade (falta ou excesso), divergência de impostos, divergência no custo ou nas especificações dos produtos, entre outras, acionando a área Comercial ou área Fiscal para solução dos problemas.• Receber notas fiscais de transferência, lançando no sistema o número da carga e número do lacre para atualizar as informações no sistema (C5), imprimindo os romaneio e guias cegas, para posterior conferência pela equipe do depósito.• Receber - da equipe de Depósito - via sistema informações da finalização do processo de conferência e tratar as divergências encontradas tais como produtos inexistentes no lote, produtos com descrição incorreta, erro na quantidade, produtos avariados ou fora das especificações, vencidos ou com vencimento próximo, dando a tratativa adequada para cada caso.• Executar lançamento das notas fiscais de trocas de produto, acompanhando diariamente o custo total, efetuando a baixa no sistema para enviar os dados aos fornecedores.• Receber e conferir notas fiscais de despesas (prestação de serviços, diesel, caçamba de lixo, materiais de uso e consumo, entre outros), enviando a Matriz para garantir o pagamento em tempo hábil.• Acompanhar no sistema os dados de estoque negativo, analisando produtos com venda que não constam no estoque, buscando identificar os motivos para justificar as diferenças.• Lançar as notas fiscais de bonificação referente a negociações específicas da área comercial junto ao fornecedor.• Manter a organização do arquivo das notas fiscais para facilitar conferências ou consultas futuras.   Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipe, exercendo atividades no setor de lançamento de NF e Faturamento.
