Atua na implementação, fiscalização e disseminação das normas e procedimentos da companhia, promovendo a cultura de prevenção entre as equipes."Responsabilidades e atribuições• Anteriormente a abertura da loja verificar a ocorrência de falta de colaboradores, compor a equipe de trabalho, alocando os colaboradores em seus devidos postos de trabalho, fazer reunião diária para repasse de informações e diretrizes do setor e empresa.• Elaborar escalas de trabalhos, distribuir os colaboradores de acordo com as prioridades de trabalho e comunicá-los sobre a escala.• Acompanhar o registro de ponto da equipe, observando faltas, atrasos e necessidades de abonos.• Acompanhar o desempenho e medir a produtividade individual de cada colaborador, instruir sobre os procedimentos da empresa e orientar para a melhoria do desempenho. Quando necessário, aplicar sanções disciplinares nos colaboradores.• Desenvolver ações com foco em situações de risco (desvios e perdas), elaborando procedimento que minimizem estes riscos.• Verificar caderno de ocorrências do dia anterior, verificar se houve alguma ocorrência e aplicar as ações necessárias.• Checar e acompanhar se os colaboradores estão utilizando uniformes.• Fazer transbordo das mercadorias adquiridas e checar com o cupom fiscal, a fim de inibir furtos de mercadorias por parte de clientes.• Acompanhar a movimentação de pessoal, tanto clientes quanto colaboradores, evitando pequenos furtos, abertura e consumo de mercadorias no interior da loja.• Fazer batida de caixa surpresa, selecionar o caixa que será verificado e acompanhar os procedimentos de batimento, checando se estão de acordo com as regras da empresa e se estão corretos.• Efetuar contagem de carrinhos, evitando furto dos mesmos.• Medir a temperatura das ilhas dos perecíveis afim de checar se estão na temperatura correta, evitando avarias.• Lacrar as portas diariamente no fechamento da loja e na abertura checar se os lacres não foram violados.• Fazer anotações em caderno de ocorrências, informar todas os detalhes do ocorrido, fazer fechamento mensal e encaminhar a gerencia da loja.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário ensino médio completo;Desejável ensino superior completo em Administração, logística, Gestão comercial ou áreas afins;Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência no ramo alimentar - Atacadista, Hipermercado, Supermercados etc.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho:100% presencialBenefícios:Refeitório no localCartão MultibeneficiosVale-TransporteAssistência médica - opcional por adesão após 90 dias de empresa.Assistência odontológicaSeguro de vidaDescontos em Instituições de Ensino para graduação, pós e cursos de extensãoRoldão Mais: Aqui o colaborador tem desconto nas lojas Roldão Atacadista, pagando preço de atacadoKit maternidadeUniversidade Corporativa - Academia Roldão: Participação em treinamentos, com trilha de aprendizagem especifica para cada colaborador.
