Então, "Vem pra cá, vem pra cá"!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, coordenar e supervisionar as atividades do setor de tapeçaria, garantindo a fabricação, reforma e acabamento de peças de cenários, sets e estofados com qualidade, segurança, produtividade e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Liderar e distribuir as atividades da equipe de tapeçaria;Planejar a produção conforme cronogramas e prioridades;Acompanhar a fabricação e reforma de cenários, sets, estofados, painéis, revestimentos, reforma de salas do CDT e peças em geral;Garantir a qualidade dos acabamentos e o cumprimento das especificações técnicas dos projetos;Controlar o consumo de materiais e solicitar reposições quando necessário;Interpretar desenhos técnicos e projetos cenográficos;Compreender o uso de escalímetro;Orientar e treinar a equipe sobre técnicas de tapeçaria e boas práticas de trabalho;Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança e organização do setor;Realizar inspeções de qualidade e promover ações corretivas quando necessário;Trabalhar em conjunto com os setores de marcenaria, eletromecânica, pintura e artes gráficas para garantir a entrega dos projetos;Participar da definição de métodos e melhorias de processos para aumento da produtividade. Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico ou profissionalizante em tapeçaria, estofaria ou áreas correlatas;Leitura e interpretação de desenhos arquitetônicos;Conhecimento de utilização de máquina de costura reta e overloque, utilização de grampeadores pneumáticos e manuais.Informações adicionaisVocê vai receber:💰Salário alinhado às práticas de mercado;🍕Vale Refeição;🥦Vale Alimentação;💪Wellhub;🏊‍♂️SESC;🩺Assistências Médica e Odontológica para você, cônjuge e filhos;🚍Vale Transporte, Estacionamento e/ou Fretado Barra Funda;💲Previdência Privada;🌟Seguro de Vida;📍Facilidades no próprio CDT como Salão de Beleza, Banco, Praça de Alimentação, Ambulatório para consultas com médicos de diversas especialidades, além de poder realizar alguns exames clínicos;😊Programas de apoio psicológico, nutricional e ergonomia;💡Treinamentos, lives e outros conteúdos para turbinar o conhecimento;
