Por eso, fomentamos una cultura inclusiva y colaborativa, donde cada persona puede pertenecer, desarrollarse y evolucionarDescripción del puestoGestionar la atención de incidentes, solicitudes y cambios que requieran soporte técnico y resolución de problemas (troubleshooting) de complejidad media y alta en infraestructura de redes IP, con un enfoque multidisciplinario en Networking, Wireless y Seguridad.Diseñar y arquitectar proyectos de redes, seguridad y wireless en entornos de producción, así como realizar su implementación y soporte de nivel 3 (N3).Realizar la resolución de problemas (troubleshooting) e incidentes críticos relacionados con la infraestructura de redes y seguridad.Elaborar, revisar y aplicar procedimientos técnicos para el restablecimiento de servicios y la ejecución de configuraciones rutinarias.Realizar el mapeo de problemas, la identificación de causas raíz y la propuesta de mejoras en la infraestructura.Mapear, documentar y mantener actualizados los procedimientos técnicos, topologías, configuraciones y manuales.Actuar con un perfil senior en escalamientos técnicos críticos, apoyando el análisis y la resolución de problemas de alta complejidad.Participar en proyectos de evolución y mejora continua de la infraestructura de Networking, Wireless y Seguridad.Atender requerimientos fuera del horario laboral cuando sea necesario.Responsabilidades y atribucionesResponsabilidades y FuncionesDiseñar y definir arquitecturas de soluciones de Networking, Seguridad y Wireless.Traducir requisitos de negocio y técnicos en soluciones escalables, seguras y de alta disponibilidad.Elaborar HLD, LLD, diagramas de arquitectura y documentación técnica.Evaluar nuevas tecnologías, productos y proveedores, realizando análisis técnicos y pruebas de concepto (PoC).Definir estándares y buenas prácticas para la evolución de la infraestructura.Apoyar proyectos de implementación, migración, modernización y transformación tecnológica.Actuar como referente técnico en decisiones de arquitectura y problemas de alta complejidad.Interactuar con equipos técnicos, gerentes, fabricantes y proveedores en la definición de soluciones.Transferir conocimientos al equipo de N2 y brindar apoyo en la resolución de problemas y situaciones críticas.Experiencia DeseadaExperiencia en arquitectura de redes y seguridad en entornos corporativos.Sólidos conocimientos en Cisco Enterprise, Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Wireless y Seguridad.Experiencia con BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VXLAN, LISP y L2/L3.Experiencia con Cisco FTD/ASA, ISE, Umbrella, VPN, IPS/IDS y soluciones de seguridad.Experiencia con Cisco Wireless, WLC y Access Points.Se valorará la experiencia con Cisco SD-WAN Viptela y DNA Center.Experiencia en la elaboración de HLD/LLD y diseños de arquitectura.Buena comunicación y capacidad para actuar como referente técnico e interlocutor con stakeholders, fabricantes y proveedores.Requisitos y calificaciones🎯 ¿Qué necesitas para cubrir esta vacante?CualificacionesPerfil multidisciplinario, con sólida experiencia en Networking, Wireless y Security, y disposición para ampliar continuamente sus conocimientos.Experiencia senior en soporte técnico de infraestructura de redes y seguridad, especialmente en entornos Cisco.Sólidos conocimientos en Routing & Switching, LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Network Security, VPN, IPS/IDS y control de acceso.Experiencia con equipos y soluciones Cisco Enterprise LAN & WLAN.Conocimientos en Switching L2/L3, Ethernet, Spanning Tree, enrutamiento IP estático y dinámico, MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP y VRF.Experiencia con protocolos y tecnologías BGP, LISP y VXLAN.Experiencia en la implementación y soporte de Cisco SD-WAN Viptela.Experiencia con Cisco Firewall FTD.Experiencia con Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, IPS/IDS y VPN.Experiencia con Wireless LAN Cisco, WLCs y Access Points.Deseable familiaridad con Cisco DNA Center Assurance y entornos Cisco Catalyst 9K.Capacidad para realizar troubleshooting en entornos complejos, llevando a cabo análisis de causa raíz y definición de planes de acción.Buena comunicación, proactividad, capacidad de trabajo en equipo e interés constante en el desarrollo técnico.Inglésl a nivel intermedio.CertificacionesCCNA Routing & Switching / Security — RequeridoITIL — DeseableCisco CCNP Security / Enterprise — DeseableCisco CCNP Enterprise Wireless Networks o certificación equivalente — Ventaja adicionalInformaciones adicionales🚀 Nuestros beneficios:🎂 Birthday off: el día de tu cumpleaños lo tienes libre para disfrutar.⚡ RechargeDays: 3 días libres al año para recargar energías.🆘 Programa de asistencia al empleado: contamos con asistencia 24*7 de especialistas para temas: emocionales, nutricionales, legales y financieros.🎓 Entrenamientos y certificaciones.🏋️ Acceso a red de convenios dentales, gimnasios, financieros, isapres, entre otros.
