Responsável pela estruturação de processos escaláveis, análise de performance via KPIs e gestão do calendário promocional, utilizando uma abordagem analítica para suporte à tomada de decisão e eficiência comercial no contexto omnichannel da Hering. Definir e executar estratégias de pricing (full price, promoções e markdown), maximizando receita, margem e giro.Liderar a processo de remarcação de produtos e iniciativas, incluindo testes e otimizações.Gerenciar calendário promocional, garantindo eficiência de descontos e evitando canibalização.Monitorar KPIs e performance (receita, margem, estoque, sell-through), gerando insights acionáveis.Conduzir análises de pricing (elasticidade, sensibilidade, impacto de campanhas) para suportar decisões.Participar do processo de formação de preços dos novos produtos, apoiando a tomada de decisão.Atuar de forma colaborativa com áreas correlatas.Estruturar e evoluir processos e modelos de pricing com foco em escala e eficiência.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Economia, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Pricing, Planejamento ou Revenue Management.Perfil analítico forte, com domínio de Excel/Sheets e ferramentas de BI.Experiência em construção de business case e apresentações executivas.Experiência com promoções, markdown e análise de performance comercial.Vivência em varejo e negócios omnichannel será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionais#LI-HYBRID#LI-GL1
