Em um primeiro momento, o profissional atuará no modelo Full-Cycle (da prospecção ativa e recuperação de carteira ao fechamento). Com o crescimento e estruturação do time dedicado de pré-vendas (SDR), a atuação evoluirá para o foco exclusivo em negociação, contorno de objeções e conversão de vendas (meio e fundo de funil).

Responsabilidades e atribuições●        Gestão e Fechamento de Negócios (Foco Principal): Conduzir negociações B2B, realizar diagnósticos de necessidades, contornar objeções técnicas/comerciais e garantir o fechamento de pedidos no canal Multimarcas.

●        Prospecção e Tração Inicial (Modelo Full-Cycle): Executar prospecção ativa (outbound), qualificação de potenciais clientes e cadências de follow-up até a consolidação da equipe de SDR.

●        Expansão e Resgate de Carteira: Mapear oportunidades para aumento de mix de produtos (upsell/cross-sell) e atuar no resgate de clientes inativos.

●        Passagem de Bastão (Handoff): Garantir o direcionamento alinhado de oportunidades para os representantes comerciais e equipes regionais de campo.

●        Gestão de Pipeline e CRM: Manter o CRM rigorosamente atualizado, prevendo receita (forecast) e acompanhando métricas de conversão.

●        Construção de Processos: Contribuir com feedbacks práticos do mercado para ajudar na estruturação das futuras cadências e playbooks da nova área de SDR.

Requisitos e qualificações●        Formação: Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.

●        Experiência: Experiência prévia em SDR, BDR, pré-vendas, vendas internas ou prospecção comercial, preferencialmente em operações B2B.

●        Conhecimentos: Experiência prática com CRM, prospecção ativa, cadências comerciais, qualificação de leads e gestão de pipeline.

●        Diferenciais: Vivência com vendas B2B entre indústria e varejo, mercado de moda, bens de consumo ou relacionamento comercial com lojistas e compradores.
