Quer fazer parte dessa história?Temos uma oportunidade para Coordenador de PPCP, Vem com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP), assegurando o atendimento dos prazos de entrega, o balanceamento da capacidade produtiva, a disponibilidade de matérias-primas e insumos, bem como a otimização dos recursos produtivos, garantindo o fluxo eficiente da produção e o atendimento às demandas do negócio.Coordenar as atividades da equipe de PCP, distribuindo demandas e acompanhando resultados.Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar a programação da produção de acordo com a demanda comercial, capacidade produtiva e prioridades da empresa.Planejar e controlar a necessidade de matérias-primas, aviamentos e demais insumos, garantindo sua disponibilidade para a produção.Monitorar o cumprimento do plano de produção, identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivas para garantir os prazos estabelecidos.Realizar o planejamento da capacidade produtiva das áreas internas e de facções, promovendo o balanceamento da carga de trabalho.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho, como aderência ao plano de produção, lead time, nível de serviço, ocupação de capacidade e giro de estoques.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Compras, S&OP, Produção, Logística e Qualidade, assegurando o alinhamento das informações e das prioridades.Desenvolver e padronizar processos de planejamento, promovendo ações de melhoria contínua para aumento da eficiência operacional.Participar das reuniões de planejamento, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões estratégicas relacionadas ao atendimento da demanda e utilização da capacidade produtiva.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP), preferencialmente na indústria têxtil ou de confecção.Conhecimento em planejamento e programação da produção, MRP, gestão de estoques e capacidade produtiva.CompetênciasLiderança e gestão de equipes.Planejamento e organização.Capacidade analítica.Comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Negociação e gestão de prioridades.Senso de urgência.Proatividade.Foco em resultados e melhoria contínua.
