Vem com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e comunicar a visão e o roadmap do produto alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos do negócio;Gerenciar e priorizar o backlog do produto para maximizar a geração de valor;Trabalhar em parceria com equipes de desenvolvimento, UX/UI e stakeholders para levantamento e refinamento de requisitos;Atuar como principal ponto de contato entre áreas de negócio e times técnicos;Elaborar e manter histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e requisitos funcionais claros e acionáveis;Participar das cerimônias ágeis, incluindo planejamento, refinamento, reviews e retrospectivas;Apoiar a tomada de decisões relacionadas ao produto e remoção de impedimentos;Monitorar métricas de desempenho, adoção e resultados do produto;Coletar feedback de usuários e stakeholders para direcionar melhorias contínuas;Garantir alinhamento entre diferentes equipes para assegurar entregas consistentes e dentro das prioridades estabelecidas;Contribuir para a evolução da estratégia de produto e transformação digital dos clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBacharelado em Administração, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada como Product Owner;Vivência em produtos digitais, preferencialmente em vendas e pós-vendas de sistemas B2B;Conhecimento sólido de metodologias ágeis e atuação em squads Kanban ou Scrum;Experiência na gestão e priorização de backlog;Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais e técnicos;Forte habilidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de produtos, projetos e documentação, como Jira, Confluence, Businessmap ou Slite;Capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e multidisciplinares.Diferencial:Certificações como Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) ou PMI-ACP;Experiência ou familiaridade com produtos digitais voltados ao varejo, especialmente soluções B2B e processos relacionados à jornada de pós-vendas;Experiência em equipes globais ou distribuídas.Informações adicionais #LI-CS1
