Estamos em busca de um(a) Cientista de Dados para atuar na construção e sustentação de soluções analíticas e preditivas aplicadas à área de Recursos Humanos. Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar dados de pessoas em insights, indicadores, diagnósticos e modelos preditivos, gerando análises que apoiem a tomada de decisões operacionais e estratégicas e contribuam para uma gestão de pessoas cada vez mais orientada por dados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Projetar e manter pipelines de dados de RH, integrando fontes corporativas, dados operacionais e bases externas com controles de qualidade, rastreabilidade e segurança. Desenvolver modelos preditivos para turnover e absenteísmo, incluindo engenharia de atributos, validação temporal, calibração, métricas de negócio e monitoramento prospectivo. Construir métricas de headcount, movimentação, turnover, absenteísmo, custos de pessoal, retenção e indicadores por filial, regional e centro de custo. Criar relatórios e painéis operacionais e executivos, com segmentação regional, priorização de ações e comunicação clara dos resultados. Estruturar práticas de governança de dados: catálogo de fontes, contratos de dados, validações, versionamento de saídas, preservação da última base válida e proteção de dados pessoais. Automatizar a atualização mensal dos produtos analíticos, incluindo extrações, validações, geração de métricas, execução de modelos e publicação controlada de relatórios. Documentar regras de negócio, limitações dos modelos, critérios de uso e dependências técnicas, garantindo continuidade operacional. Atuar como referência técnica individual da frente de Data Science em People Analytics, alinhando soluções com RH, Departamento Pessoal, Controladoria, TI e lideranças de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Python e R para engenharia de dados, automação, análise estatística e modelagem. SQL e integração com bases corporativas, como Dremio. Modelagem preditiva com XGBoost, modelos de sobrevivência/Cox, validação temporal, métricas de ranking, calibração e interpretabilidade com SHAP. Construção de pipelines reprodutíveis, testes automatizados, validações de dados e monitoramento de qualidade. Visualização de dados e produção de relatórios executivos em HTML, Excel e dashboards. Conhecimento de indicadores e processos de RH, especialmente turnover, absenteísmo, custos, admissões, desligamentos e estrutura organizacional. Práticas de privacidade e uso responsável de dados pessoais em análises de pessoas.
