Nessa oportunidade você terá como maior desafio desenvolver análises descritivas e inferenciais, bem como modelagem de dados, construção de algoritmos machine learning, onde suas entregas sejam precisas e voltadas para a tomada de decisão.Buscamos um perfil que combine boa bagagem técnica em inteligência artificial e aprendizado de máquina com uma visão prática do dia a dia de uma operadora de saúde, entendendo temas como sinistralidade, custos e cuidado em saúde. Procuramos alguém autônomo e curioso, capaz de transformar volumes de dados em modelos precisos e traduzir análises complexas em conversas diretas com gestores e equipes médicas. Importante ser proativo para encontrar oportunidades na operação, apoiar no desenvolvimento do time e manter o foco em entregas que gerem resultado real para o negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Aplicar técnicas de seleção, manejo e análise de dados, além da construção de algoritmos de machine learning para a melhor tomada de decisão das demais áreas da Cooperativa;Prover informações de suporte de forma a direcionar discussões estratégicas ao negócio;Atuar de forma proativa na busca por padrões e tendências que contribuam para melhores resultados da Cooperativa e na Saúde dos Beneficiários;Avaliar a eficácia e precisão de novas fontes de dados e técnicas de coleta de dados;Garantir o cumprimento de políticas inerentes aos processos, visando o fortalecimento da cultura organizacional;Manter-se atualizado quanto às tendências de sua área de atuação, bem como às novas ferramentas, recursos e tecnologias disponíveis no mercado;Orientar demais colaboradores de sua equipe, quanto aos aspectos técnicos de sua área de especialização, assumindo a responsabilidade técnica, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificações Formação para esta posição: Ensino superior completo em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia, Física, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas afins.Qualificações:Experiência em trabalhar com ferramentas e linguagens voltadas à análise de dados, machine learning (R ou Python); Experiência em modelos preditivos e modelagem estatística;
