Desenvolver e implementar modelos preditivos supervisionados e não supervisionados para identificar propensão de pagamento, contactabilidade e segmentação de carteiras e perfis de clientes;

Construir modelos de sobrevivência para identificar o tempo ideal de investimento em ações de cobrança, considerando esforço, canais, primeiro contato, contato útil e efetivação de acordos;

Analisar e modelar a curva de saturação das ações de cobrança, buscando otimizar a régua de contato e reduzir a fadiga dos canais;

Estruturar bases analíticas robustas por meio de queries avançadas, preparando dados para consumo dos modelos e análises;

Aplicar testes A/B para avaliar estratégias e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;

Explorar e aplicar soluções de IA Generativa e LLMs em iniciativas como otimização de atendimento, roteirização e sumarização de interações;

Apoiar a evolução das iniciativas de Inteligência de Dados, acompanhando o crescimento da massa de dados e gerando análises que contribuam para uma cobrança mais eficiente. Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter para juntar-se a nós?Formação em Ciência de Dados ou área relacionada; Experiência com modelagem preditiva e análise de bases de dados para identificação de padrões;

SQL intermediário/avançado, incluindo CTEs, Window Functions e otimização de consultas em grandes volumes;

Python, com experiência em Pandas ou Polars e manipulação de bases complexas;

Conhecimentos em Machine Learning, incluindo modelos supervisionados como Regressão Logística, XGBoost ou LightGBM, além de conceitos de clusterização e segmentação;

Conhecimento em Análise de Sobrevivência e experiência com execução e análise de testes A/B;

Experiência ou forte interesse em métricas de cobrança, recuperação de crédito, risco ou campanhas de telemarketing/mailing.

O que aumenta as suas chances?Experiência com modelagem de tempo até o evento e aprofundamento em Análise de Sobrevivência; Experiência com Big Data utilizando PySpark ou Rust;

Conhecimentos em MLOps, incluindo Docker, Git e deploy de modelos;
