Gerencia responsável pela disciplina de ciência de dados e analytics, focada em desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos para o PortoBank.Cientista de Dados - Modelagem Estatística e Ciclo de Conta CorrenteEstamos buscando um Cientista de Dados para atuar no desenvolvimento e implantação de modelos estatísticos relacionados a atividades do ciclo de conta corrente, incluindo processos de abertura de contas e produtos associados. Este profissional será responsável por todo o ciclo de construção de modelos, desde o entendimento da demanda, passando pela análise e exploração de dados e indo até a validação eacompanhamento de performance das soluções implementadas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e implementar modelos estatísticos e previsões que otimizem atividades associadas ao ciclo de conta corrente.Monitorar a performance, estabilidade e eficiência dos modelos, realizando ajustes e garantindo a aderência às regulamentações internas e melhores práticas do mercado.Explorar e integrar dados relacionados a processos de abertura de contas e produtos adjacentes, promovendo insights estratégicos e otimizando processos.Propor novas abordagens técnicas e utilizar métodos avançados de análise, como machine learning, para ampliar a eficácia dos modelos.Transformar a dor de negócio em solução técnica, alinhar as expectativas das áreas demandantes e apresentar os resultados com linguagem não técnica.Se manter atualizado(a) sobre inovações em ciência de dados, estatística, inteligência artificial e análise de risco, aplicando esse conhecimento para aprimorar os produtos e soluções relacionadas às contas correntes.Desenvolver, implantar e aprimorar modelos estatísticos para todo o ciclo, desde a abertura até a gestão da conta corrente, tanto para PF quanto para PJ, garantindo precisão, estabilidade e alinhamento com as áreas de negócios e resultados.
