Trabalhará em parceria com áreas de negócio para traduzir desafios em soluções baseadas em dados, desenvolvendo modelos de Machine Learning, explorando novas tecnologias e acompanhando tendências de mercado.Nosso time atua tanto com abordagens tradicionais de Machine Learning quanto com Inteligência Artificial Generativa e Large Language Models (LLMs), levando soluções para produção e integrando-as diretamente às jornadas dos clientes. Você também acompanhará todo o ciclo de vida das iniciativas analíticas, desde a experimentação até a mensuração de resultados e impacto gerado para o negócio.Se você gosta de resolver problemas complexos, transformar dados em valor e atuar em um ambiente colaborativo, inovador e orientado a resultados, queremos conhecer você.Nessa função você vai:Desenvolver e evoluir modelos de Machine Learning e IA Generativa.Traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções analíticas e técnicas.Conduzir análises exploratórias e descritivas para geração de insights.Realizar engenharia de atributos (feature engineering).Planejar e executar experimentos e testes.Realizar deploy, monitoramento e evolução de modelos em produção.Mensurar impacto e resultados das soluções implementadas.
