Aumentamos o faturamento e turbinamos os fechamentos de imobiliárias em todo o Brasil!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir e planejar reuniões presenciais e online;Apresentar a Ucred de forma consultiva, conectando soluções e diferenciais às necessidades do cliente;Aplicar SPIN: Utilizar a metodologia SPIN conforme o playbook, conduzindo o cliente à compreensão de valor e tomada de decisão;Tratar objeções com abordagem consultiva, técnica e orientada a negócio;Manter informações atualizadas e organizadas no CRM;Atuar de forma integrada com o SDR para alinhamento de contexto, qualificação e evolução das oportunidades;Participar ativamente de reuniões e rituais da área, contribuindo com dados e análises do pipeline;Requisitos e qualificações Hard Skills

Graduação completa ou em andamento em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em vendas consultivas B2B;Forte habilidade de negociação e excelente relacionamento interpessoal;Domínio de condução de reuniões (online ou presenciais);Orientado (a) a metas e resultados.Boa capacidade de comunicação e capacidade de se posicionar com postura ativa;*Será um diferencial se você tiver tido experiência em:Ramo imobiliário.
