Atuamos como parceiros de crescimento, combinando gestão profissional, governança, inteligência de mercado, operação e conexões estratégicas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais são as atribuições da vaga?Receber leads qualificados (SDR, inbound e outbound) e conduzir a apresentação completa do projeto de franquia.Realizar diagnóstico consultivo aprofundado, entendendo perfil, capacidade financeira, timing e aderência à marca.Conduzir reuniões estruturadas com base no playbook comercial da companhia.Liderar negociações de alto ticket com segurança, objetividade e foco em tomada de decisão.Elaborar e apresentar plano financeiro do projeto (CAPEX, OPEX, projeções de faturamento, margem, payback e ponto de equilíbrio).Gerenciar e atualizar o CRM com precisão, garantindo previsibilidade e avanço consistente do pipeline.Acompanhar KPIs individuais: agenda, no-show, taxa de avanço, conversão por reunião, ciclo de vendas e follow-ups.Construir relacionamento de confiança com candidatos, trabalhando objeções com transparência e visão realista do negócio.Atuar em parceria com Marketing e Expansão para alinhamento de volume, qualidade e perfil de leads.Garantir uma jornada clara até o fechamento, realizando a transição estruturada para os times Jurídico e Implantação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa?Experiência sólida em vendas consultivas de alto ticket (franquias, M&A, investimentos, mercado corporativo, tecnologia ou serviços premium).Domínio de metodologias comerciais como SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT, Sandler e técnicas avançadas de negociação, objeção e fechamento.Conhecimento básico a intermediário de finanças aplicadas a franquias: payback, ponto de equilíbrio, margem, CAPEX, OPEX e construção de premissas financeiras.Forte experiência com CRM e gestão de pipeline.Capacidade de estruturar e defender apresentações executivas (Pitch, Business Case e Financial Case).Comunicação assertiva, alto poder de persuasão e postura ética na condução das negociações.Informações adicionaisO que é um diferencial para esta posição?Mentalidade analítica e orientada a performance.Segurança para conduzir negociações estratégicas.Organização, disciplina comercial e foco em previsibilidade.Capacidade de gerar confiança e construir relações de longo prazo.Formato e benefícios:PJBenefícios
