Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na área de Fidelização e Retenção do Clube Wine, apoiando na execução das estratégias voltadas para aumentar a permanência dos clientes, reduzir churn e melhorar a experiência dos sócios.A pessoa terá contato com diferentes frentes da jornada do cliente, participando desde a execução de campanhas até a análise de resultados e testes de novas iniciativas, com oportunidade de desenvolvimento em uma área estratégica e orientada por dados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na execução e acompanhamento de campanhas de CRM (e-mail, push, WhatsApp e In-App);Realizar segmentações de bases para campanhas;Abrir e acompanhar briefings para criação de peças;Auxiliar na organização, execução e acompanhamento de testes e ações da área;Atualizar controles, indicadores e dashboards;Apoiar na análise dos resultados das campanhas;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em Excel;Conhecimento em CRM, retenção, fidelização e experiência do cliente.E vai ser muito legal, se:Curiosidade na utilização de IA para ganhar mais produtividade no trabalho e melhorar a experiência do cliente.Informações adicionaisA gente acredita em pessoas que fazem acontecer.No Grupo Wine, você encontra um ambiente construído com verdade, confiança e espaço para experimentar.
