Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar a base de sócios e identificar oportunidades de upgrade, cross-sell e aumento de ticket médio e margem garantindo o atingimentos das metasCriar e acompanhar iniciativas de personalização de ofertas e comunicações desenvolvendo e acompanhar testes A/B de acordo com a segmentação de clientes (por perfil, comportamento e potencial de valor)Testar e explorar novos canais de aquisição e ativação, buscando maior eficiência e crescimento sustentável.Desenhar e implementar projetos que facilitem o fluxo do usuário no aplicativo, reduzindo fricções e melhorando a experiência.Ser responsável pelo acompanhamento dos principais indicadores da área, como: Tamanho e engajamento da base; Ticket médio; Margem e rentabilidade; Taxas de upgradeAtuar na interseção entre Clube Wine, e-commerce e lojas físicas, garantindo a ativação e o engajamento dos clientes em todas as frentes.Analisar jornadas e comunicações de CRM, apontando melhorias contínuas para aumentar conversão e recorrência.
